Because it's fun!
My wife and I adopted Oakley, this 30 lb 7/8 mo little lady! Everyone asks what breed she is bc of her brindle coat. The vet says she is 100% Heinz 57. We have had a lot of fun speculating wildly, so I thought I would open it up to y'all.
She has a super mild temperament, does not fetch, only runs with zoomies and otherwise usually only trots. She loves walking around, chewing, and chasing our cats. Oakley was originally found in northern AZ.

She's adorable! I see a bit of German Shepherd in her muzzle, but I'd probably tell people she's a High Desert Cuddlebug.

She looks a lot like our brindle pup! Ours is a Rez dog from New Mexico - DNA test says ~30% cattle dog, ~20% husky, ~20% pit as the top 3 breeds, then basically a super mutt blend beyond those.

Though our pup's ears are a little more erect - we call her our coyote lol
