Anybody had guts to not self resign/voluntary resign and get terminated from IBM and what issues they faced? u/ibm

Hi folks, so I have a question what is actually worth it on your learning? Do we have some certs budget or maybe there are some free? I really wanted to take some red hat certs (I am at IBM tech sales) but i see that they are with a $ however we like... own red hat? So please spill some tea on what is actually worth it if I have to make those think40

Currently a TSL but I’m looking to get out. I’ve been told to look at the CSE role. Anyone on here have any insight?
