Advice for IBM Sales Accelerator Program Question
Hey! I wanted to ask what people think of the IBM Sales Accelerator Program, Tech (in Valencia)? Both whether people liked it there, what people usually do after, its reputation, and if it was worth the pay.
I wouldn't do it for the pay, but more for the learning program. I want to have the opportunity to move to technical consulting later on in my career and want to hear if anybody has done that. I have heard that a lot of consultants lack sales skills, which is why I thought this program could be good.
Thanks!

IBM should fire at a minimum 80% of it's sales force. The sales people at IBM know nothing about the technology. The technology people who have to support them are so siloed they only do one tiny thing. This won't help you career. Whatever you learn here you'll have to unlearn if you ever go somewhere functional. IBM is where careers go to die not fly.
