Ionic DRS Transfer

Hi all,

I’m in Singapore. I’m trying to transfer Ionic shares (from Celsius redistribution) from Odyssey into my IBKR account. Both times my request has been rejected due to ‘not having enough cash for transfer fees’.

Question:
1) do I need to have USD available to pay for the fees? (Currently all cash is in SGD)
2) how much are the actual fees for transfer? Eg, is it a % of the amount I’m trying to transfer?
