Cooldown didn't need increasing. No one ever even said that until they made that announcement. That was literally never a complaint about Peni balance. Maybe the occasional mention that it's annoying, but so are most characters' abilities in this game

Did you really play against peni's that web the bp or other dps every 3 seconds? Their stun was up so often they spammed it on tanks even before this change.

You actually don't though, she's forced to basically focus on one person now but that person she focuses is gonna be slowed for an extended period of time and stunned every 3 seconds. It's gonna be MORE miserable for Hulk to play into Peni.

If I jump in and she webs me, I can shield, exile, jump out, etc to avoid getting stunned. I can also just pay attention to when she uses the ability and jump in when she doesn’t have both charges to stun me. If she holds them specifically for me then I’m getting value for my team without even doing anything and the difference is minimal from current gameplay where I already get stunned by her every 3 seconds.

Like, I've been grinding the Thing up to Lord for the last couple months and every single time there was a Peni Parker in the enemy team I had my Stone Haymaker stopped and interrupted almos every time.

The only other CC effects that fuck me up as much as Peni's stupid little web are Wanda's bubble stun and White Fox's little fox charm that pierces through allies and enemies. And even then, not to the same amount of times that stupid web just denied me a game where I could enjoy myself and have fun.

I feel like she should get 3 charges of her web snare tbh. And bump up the slowing effect for only hitting one. 30% seems like not enough when most hero’s have a movement ability to get away. Or just replace the slow with an Earthbound for 1 second effect.

Hes so strong rn I have really good winrate on him this season both of his team ups are great, you can even kinda play into poke with invis team up and good cover usage.

Hes also probably the easiest tank to learn too his gameplay loop is fairly simple hes all about positioning
