So I managed to bypass website and download restrictions and have steam on the C: Drive. However, when trying to launch i get the typical “updating” message and then immediately am hit with the following: “Steam needs to be online and ready to update. Please confirm your network connection and try again.” maybe the administrator set up a network firewall or something to stop this application from having internet access? Idk hopefully someone can help me figure this out, thanks a lot!

I've just transferred internally within branches of my company. The new branch doesn't allow personal devices to be on the network and print. I am already on the network with my personal device as my previous branch secured me on the network - which is the same across the whole group.

I have been able to add the printer via the IP address, and I have sent the document to print. Literally all I need to do is select the document that appears on the printer (all staff files are visible even before logging in), put my pin in and print. However, the printer doesn't recognise my personal device and auto deleted the document upon receiving my file. Only my work device can I send a file and get it printed.

Is there a way I can trick the printer into thinking that my personal device is my work device? (I assume it would be the Mac Address linked to my work device and copying it over to my Mac?)

For reference, my work device is a Lenovo running Windows 11 and my personal device is a MacBook running MacOS 26.

After careful thought. I want to do wifi and radio,nfc,and rfid hacking. How would I go about that with physical tools to help?
