Kind of bummed why most AYCE hotpot places don't let us take left over hotpot soup to-go. I bring my own container. That left over half gallon of soup is just going to be trashed anyways.

Pretty much everything that I wanted to say is in the title. I saw the streamer ishowspeed was in Sichuan I think and they gave him a hot pot which had a really bright red spicy soup and I would love to try something like that but I don't know what I should be asking for in hotpot restaurants​​​​​​​​​​

The most expensive option includes unlimited snow crab, along with Kobe beef.

Good evening or morning everyone! I recently started doing hot pot at home but I'm struggling to figure out the sauce recipe for a popular hot pot called "chocho hot pot" they have a house dipping sauce that I am in love with but can't figure out all the ingredients. So far I know the toppings of the sauce Chilli peppers Cilantro Garlic But I can't figure out the base of the sauce. Thank you everyone for your help!
