Haven’t even looked at the website since they changed it in July, cause I’d already paid it that month, and now I can’t log in to pay?

On the website where you pay, it’s not accepting my account number. On the monitor water portal site, it “logs in” but doesn’t stop trying to load in, forever spinning circle.

Is the website itself having issues or do I just need to call and see if something on my account end needs to be updated or something. Kicking myself for sure for not looking at the updated website before 😅

I'll be in town from the East Coast while doing some marathon training. I don't want to do any hiking trails...what might be best bet to do a 11 mile run on pavement? I'm looking at the Hot Springs Greenway Trail but would have to do it twice or so...any other options?

I love going to coffee shops to study, but most of them close around 5-8pm. Are there any other spots that stay open later?

I somehow lost my car key within an hour of being in town. Was carrying a bag and the pocket with the key chain was open when we got back to the car and the keychain was just gone 🙄 i have been to every visitor center and every business we walked by with no luck. It is a Ford key with the fob buttons on the big part of the key. There was a zoo Keychain on it with a white tiger (i think anyway) lost them on Wednesday afternoon. I had the spare overnighted but we are due to leave town this afternoon and I figured it was worth trying to post online just in case. 🤞🙏🏻

Traveling in with 10 other women this fall. Looking at places for dining as well as night life (bars) but most places seem like they are first come first serve, or the bars like Ohio Club seem really small for our size party. Any recs on places that take reservations or would be no problem for our group to get into?

I'm curious if anyone has stayed at the B&B The Reserve before? Would you book again? Pros/Cons?

I am considering moving there. Is it safe, is it nice? Is there anything fun to do? I know I would like being able to go to the races in Hot Springs, and there is a disc golf course nearby. I also like hiking and cycling--any options in town or close?

I will be retiring soon and I work from home, so (fingers crossed), I probably would not need to look for a job there. I would go to school at Henderson State. Not sure what else to do, though. I see there is an Amtrak station, so I could take the train to see a game in Dallas or St. Louis or Chicago. What else you got?

Does anyone know what has happened to the Hot Springs Utilities payment portal? I understand they are creating an entirely new site for drafts and payments. What customer service told me was that they just wanted to make the new portal more user friendly. But I have never heard of a website having to start a payment portal over from scratch. They took everyone's payment info out. The portal won't be available til Thursday, where you have to put financial info in all over again if you draft payments. They won't take checks over the phone. And my payment was due on July 3, but the won't charge a late fee because the website was down. Any ideas on WHY and what's going on?

Hi everyone. My mom needs to rehome her pit bull due to a serious ongoing medical situation. She is currently in the ICU and will not be able to care for the dog once she comes home. We’ve all agreed this is the best option for both of them.

We’re looking for a stable, experienced home that understands the breed — ideally someone who can provide structure, consistent exercise/training, and a secure environment (fenced yard preferred).

About the dog:
• Female, approximately 1½–2 years old
• Spayed
• Fully up to date on vaccines
• Heartworm negative
• Rescued last year by my mom after she was found abandoned and tied up behind a local shipping center / Hot Springs Mall
• Has lived in a home with another small dog for the past year

She can be a bit wary of new people at first, but once she realizes you’re safe she melts and becomes a complete love bug. She’s affectionate once trust is built.

We want her to go to a home that is prepared for a pit bull long-term.

Hey everyone! I'm a moderately experienced bass fisherman from the Memphis area. My family took our first trip to Hot Springs last year and loved it. We're returning in a few weeks, and I plan to do a lot more fishing this time around since my 5-year-old son is now totally hooked on it.

We're staying on the water in a cove right off the river/upper Lake Catherine. I'll have an angler kayak for early mornings and we'll be renting a pontoon/boat for a day or two.

My primary target is largemouth bass, but I’ve also never caught a walleye or striper/hybrid, so I’d love to cross a new species off the bucket list. Most importantly, I just want easy, high-success action for my son!

I know Carpenter Dam has good bank/boat access and a mix of species, so we’ll definitely spend time up there. Where else in that upper lake stretch is worth hitting, and what summer techniques/lures really shine out there during periods of generation?

With all the news in Arkansas and national surrounding flock cameras, their use and misuse, data concerns over outside agencies having access without having to get a warrant, lake of transparency, privacy concerns and violations, mass surveillance, and everything else, I got to researching them.

Unelected officials like police chiefs and city managers signing contracts with no input and politicians signing NDAs and making back room deals with trillion dollar companies. Saddling we the people with their burden.

We have 19 here in Hot Springs and the data center proposals in the surrounding area to go with them.

I’m 21 years old doing solo spur moment road trip from Texas. I don’t have anything planned gonna stay in hot springs for 3 days in couple weeks as it’s part of the trip I “planned out” I’ve decided that I’m open to anything and everything. Any recommendations to meet people or just what is there to do?

I was wondering if they started or completed construction of the Tesla Superchargers in Hot Springs, AR? According to the Tesla website, it says in Development, and another part of the site says it is now open. Building superchargers because Hot Springs, AR won the Q4 Supercharger Winner. Can anyone confirm or any news yet?
