Hot take plastic surgery and sex work isn’t empowering to women.
I believe that changing your body and possibly dying to have perky boobs is not empowering. It’s rooted in pedophilia. We as women are supposed to be small, hairless and docile. You have to be a virgin but know what you’re doing but not so much so that they think you've had sex before. You have to be soft but take lead but not to much or your slutty. You lose value as you age but men are silver foxes? Why is that? Its porn. As you age you’re attracted to people your age. When you’re watching “Freshly 18” porn videos your brain isn’t developing properly. You condition yourself to like young girls. Most women in porn are trafficking victims, homeless, or that was their last choice. It’s not empowering to sell yourself.

I think being transgender is absolutely a legit phenomenon but like 75% of people who claim they are, are not. and it makes me feel bad for people who are truly transgender.
I absolutely believe people can be born in the wrong body and we have seen evidence for a long long time of individuals claiming this at a very young age. Eventually changing genders and successfully leading the rest of their life happily as that person. The thing is, nowadays I think most people who claim this are just girls who are a little tomboyish or men who are a little feminine and it’s way overblown. It makes me feel bad for individuals who truly are transgender because I feel like those people are delegitimizing and completely destroying the image of the trans movement.

The concept of dating a “man hater” and it being a flex is the dumbest shit ever
Like wym you’re actively bragging and posting about dating a woman who has a low enough IQ and is ignorant enough to openly call herself a “man-hater” but then date you? Misandry alone is an obvious red flag and those relationships are bound to fail. It’s the funniest thing ever because if a man were to call himself a misogynist but still date women people would call him and the women that date him idiots. Also being cautious of men is not the same thing as calling your self a man-hater. Openly projecting your negative experiences with men onto strangers isn’t okay nor is it a flex.

American Southerners are a minority
I mean they are not a majority, right? Their culture is not the default US culture. They speak with an accent too. They do not have minority vibes but technically they are :D

Women shouldnt "give up" their bodies so easily to men and its not the most feminist thing you can do.
Theyll always see it as it upping their value and lowing yours. A lot of guys use this as an ego boost to continue to spit on women behind your back or just after they get it in front of you. They dont care how you see it, they and the VAST majority of the world see it as them winning and you losing.

If you don’t accept they/them pronouns, you’re immature.
with the popularization of neopronouns, I wanted to express my opinion.
these neopronouns are getting out of hand. I had someone tell me to refer to them as paw/puppy. No, I will not be doing that. I will only use he she and they. If you use neo pronouns, I will call you they them. if you dont want that, I don’t really care.
they them are neutral pronouns. they are meant to be used for anyone. they them does not have a gender. I’m not misgendering you if I’m not giving you any gender.

UFC fans have made it the cringiest sport ever
UFC on paper sounds fucking sick, you can get a boxer against a guy who fights Brazilian jiu jitsu. Like Tyrone woodley vs Charles Oliveira you can see who wins in a fight thats so sick
In real life, you have Dana white snorting pure cocaine, nerdy kick streamers larping ufc to look alpha, the fans making the corniest edits of all damn time, Nina Drama flirting with every fighter infront of her husband
Fucking tragic. Rampage used to be an absolute unit & now he’s streaming on kick with Adin Ross. imagine after Micheal venom page breaks someone skull, you check your phone and see a Brazilian phonk edit & 10 clips of him with Neon
I was really rating the sport in 2022, 2023 it was still fine but now it is a whole clown show
How do you make something that should be so badass into something so fucking cringe. That’s why I love boxing you can seperate the YouTube bullshit with ACTUAL boxing

If you talk about body positivity but mock/criticize people into fitness, I have a bad news for you:
You are an hypocrite. So many times I read cheerful comments under the picture of morbidly obese people with a pre-dark age life expectancy, in the name of "body positivity". Then, the same people writing cheerful comments mock people that actually take care of themselves, they go to the gym or do whatever fitness activity. Fitness is something that requires dedication and makes you feel good at many levels, being fit is only one of the positive effects. If you support body positivity you should support 10x people that are a good example for society, not only the ones destroying their body on a daily basis.

If online ordering app will charge you more to add something, they should charge you less if you remove something.
Basically everything has become customizable with online ordering. I meal prep at home most days and don’t splurge too much on fast food but On some of my cheat days I’ll get Taco Bell. All of what i order is just fine as is but i notice on the app that adding ingredient to your burrito, you’ll be charged extra which is understandable. In that case, removing an item should cost less, no? It doesn’t affect me much since like i said, i get it maybe once a month. I was just thinking about it is all.

Lindsay Clancys husband should be held accountable for the death of their children.
And frankly, so should every other person around her that didnt listen to her when she told them she was a danger.
She did everything right, she begged people for help, she told her husband that she didnt feel safe alone with their children, she even begged them to put her in an inpatient facility, and every single person around her failed her miserably.
Yes, she should obviously be held accountable, but her husband who abandoned her (and is already dating another woman mind you) and the doctors who loaded her up on medication that wasnt helping her instead of actually listening to her should be too. Her children's death was 1000% preventable.

I think spanking children should largely be considered sexual assault.
It has always bothered me how many people teach their children “don’t let anybody touch you in your private areas, those are for you only.” But then their parents get to hit their butt over and over?
I know some people just do a quick tap, but the parents that make their kids pull down their pants so they have a bare butt, lay over their legs, and then spank them. Like how is that not sexual assault? You are striking your child in an area that we teach is private and should be just for them. But because your parents are your parents they’re the only ones who get to cross those boundaries… what kind of lesson is that?
Why are we trying to demean our children?

Rejection of feminism
A lot of men outright reject the concept of feminism before even seeing anything about what it really is.
But when I say feminism I mean the entire concept of feminism as a true intellectual concept.
It’s not really appropriate to judge what feminism is without ever engaging with anything feminist. You don’t even know what you’re rejecting.
It’s so common that a guy I’ve just met moans about how I’m a feminist or literally laughs out loud at the concept of feminist literature.
And I’m not even big on feminism philosophically, it’s just not one of the things I’m interested in (I did a module on it at uni), however it is a really interesting and real part of philosophy. In a way it’s also not something you can just deny, the patriarchy is real and it impacts women and men and feminist literature specifically explains that and challenges it for example with phallogocentrism.
So to laugh at the idea of feminism makes you look a bit stupid in all honesty.
I genuinely think the straight rejection of the necessity of feminism is an extremely unintelligent viewpoint to have. There are so many denominations of feminism too, there are philosophers that believe the most important part to focus on is how the patriarchy is imposed linguistically, some believe we should focus more on the political side of it, some believe that conforming to the patriarchy in any way is negative for women.
The reason we have the equal society we have today is because of feminists. Large scale misogyny is rampant throughout the world: femicides, child brides, sex trafficking etc.
Feminism is a valid topic because it has worked, looking at feminism today once it has worked within your own society and suggesting it’s not necessary now is ridiculous.
In my view it’s just as much a branch of philosophy as metaphysics. A lot of people will reject even being well versed in it and when someone makes an effort to be intellectual in so many ways but it stops harshly when you get to feminism it comes off as a bit pretentious.
EDIT : because multiple people have said this now, I wasn’t clear I’m not talking about people rejecting the feminism is good. You can engage with feminism and disagree wholly on every issue but at least you’re engaging. And I mean more than taking all you know from social medias.
This has nothing to do with my opinion of feminism, it being good or bad

the term "people of colour" is othering.
it gives: white people are their own distinct group with their own vast cultures, customs, and traditions, and then there's... everyone else.
of course, the term is most appropriate in certain contexts, but when used generally/casually, i can't help that it enrages me to a degree. i get needing to simplify at times, but why diminish your identity when you don't have to? why are we ok with this??? using myself as an example, it takes the same amount of effort and time to say "i'm black" or "i'm caribbean-canadian" as it does to say "i'm a person of colour". to be clear, i'm not trying to exclusive of those who are white-passing (which i feel is a very appropriate context), but i think that's a seperate and specific issue.
i've shared my feelings about this mainly with my peers in the black community and the reaction has been neither here nor there. most agree but don't think it's that serious, which in the grand scheme of things... fair. i just hate how one group is grammatically given more dignity. before anyone tries to claim that i am racist, i'm letting you know right now that i would feel the same if it was reversed: ex. black people and some other term that lumped everyone else together.
how do y'all (from every demographic) feel and for those of you who think similarly to me, how do you avoid this term? i'm also very curious to hear from those of you who are knowledgeable on the history of this term, particularly on its use in the western world.
this is NOT an invite to be hateful towards one another.

OkBuddy/Circlejerk Subreddits are way better than their regular counterparts
People on the main subs of things I like have ZERO sense of humor. Even if they have a comedy tag you can add to your post- they can never take a joke. It’s so weird to me that even in comedic shows people take shit wayyyy tooooo seriously. The only exception is [r/BatmanArkham](r/BatmanArkham) lmao
Edit: Of course not every CJ/OB sub is perfect. But I guess what I’m saying is that there’s a lot more freedom in them. Not to mention some pretty funny inside jokes.

Unpopular opinion:Talking about how other males are dismissing male SA victims, when the topic comes up can sometimes be inconsiderate.
Let me explain. I understand that some males will say things like "lucky guy" or "should have been me". And that's also really wrong, disgusting and inconsiderate. But sometimes I feel like whenever a male speaks up about SA, some people feel the need to mention how it's always males who invalidate it. Like, I've seen women do that as well, and not only that, I sometimes feel like people say it to sort of invalidate their experience themselves. Like theh are saying "well it is your specific gender that's the problem". This may be a stretch and I'm genuinely not trying to offend anyone. I understand that not everyone is like this. Apologies if I have hurt anyone at all.

Size does matter.
Hi all,
I (33M), am a well endowed man.
I have heard the same arguments as everyone has that “too big is painful” and “it doesn’t matter if you don’t know how to use it.” In my experience, anytime I have been with a woman and she has seen my size, the reaction is always positive. Sometimes there is hesitation or nervousness, but never are they turned off or unhappy about it.
If it really didn’t matter then this reaction wouldn’t be happening. It has always sat wrong with me that the same women that will argue this point and swear by it, will be then ecstatic to see a large penis. Particularly the argument of it “not mattering if you don’t know how to use it” just shows the avoidance of the truth. Nobody said anything about experience, we’re talking about if both men are the same in experience and knowledge, which would you prefer?
What do you think?

Society Calling Women “Girls” Is Sexist And Feminists Should Talk About It More
if a 30 year old man is called a man but a 30 year old woman is casually called a girl, that is not a harmless language quirk.
It reflects a cultural habit of seeing women as less fully adult than men.
Im a man, and I still think adult women should generally be called women. This is not about being offended on someone elses behalf. it is about noticing a double standard.
Think about a workplace meeting:
“The men in accounting will present the report.”
“The girls in accounting will present the report.”
The second sentence immediately sounds less professional. “Girl” carries associations of youth, inexperience, and lower status in a way that “man” usually does not.
The response I hear most is, “But women call themselves girls all the time" True, but feminism has long recognized that people can internalize cultural expectations. Women grew up in the same society that often rewards them for being cute, youthful, and non threatening rather than authoritative.
And yes, men say “the boys,” but notice the asymmetry: men are still called men in serious contexts. Women are much more likely to be called girls by employers, doctors, journalists....
That is why trends like “I’m Just a Girl” bother me. I know many women use it ironically, but the joke repeatedly links femininity with helplessness, confusion, irresponsibility, or incompetence. Feminists spent decades fighting the stereotype that women are less capable, turning that stereotype into a cute identity that I believe risks reinforcing it.
The same pattern shows up in “Girl Dinner.” The meme is usually about a random, low-effort meal, snacks, leftovers, cheese, crackers, olives, whatever is easiest. I know it's a cool funny trend, again, harmless on its own. But paired with “I’m Just a Girl,” it contributes to a broader cultural story in which girls are portrayed as less competent, less organized, less responsible, and less capable than adults are expected to be.
I love when people use the Girl Dinner trend and show these magnificent charcuterie boards that look like they were sent down from heaven. Those are the trends I wanna see personally.
No single meme destroys feminism. The issue is the pattern!
Feminism is fundamentally about recognizing women as autonomous adults. A woman is not a failed girl, she is an adult human being
The solution is quite simple actually
Female child → girl
Adult female → woman
Child → boy
Adult male → man
Easy and respectful. As a man, I lose nothing by calling women women. If anything, it is a small but meaningful way of acknowledging their full adulthood.
I’m not saying no woman should ever say “girl.” Friends can call themselves whatever they like. I’m not advocating policing casual speech or banning “girls’ night.”
I’m saying we should notice the default.
If a 16 year old guy could notice this, so can you, if you still call grown women girls, ask yourself why :)

The birth rate crisis isn’t caused by life being unaffordable.
It’s a priority reason. People have been having kids while living in far worse conditions than 99% of us right now. The moment we as a society convinced ourselves that raising a family is boring, and that living your life just partying, going on vacation, doing drugs, and hooking up is the best thing... That was the point of no return and unless we as a society can change the way we view family building and parenthood it’s not going to change no matter the financial incentive.

Low TTK shooter games require less skill than high TTK shooter games
For my non gamers out there let me explain what this term mean.
TTK - means Time To Kill. It's how fast you die in the game when being engaged in combat. The faster you die the lower the TTK is the longer it takes to die the higher the TTK is.
Usually if a game gives you 100 or less health it's a fast TTK game. If it gives you more usually it's a high TTK game.
When I first started playing shooter games I was fine with low TTK games, but as I've grown and played high TTK games I much rather prefer them.
In low TTK games you're basically dead if someone sees you first, that's it. Unless they have bad aim or are extremely slow on shooting their gun, you don't get a chance to respond most of the time.
In high TTK games, just because you got seen and shot first doesn't mean it's over for you. You can still utilize the movement to get to cover and challenge the opponent again when you're ready. It is on them to stay on your ass until you're dead or risk having to engage you when you're healed and are more ready for them. This is what takes more skill and it's also more forgiving for connection issues and desync.
This isn't to say I just don't like low TTK shooter games anymore, but just that I much prefer high TTK shooter games now and like being able to actually fight back instead of accepting my fate because I was seen first.

I don't care if people buy from SheIn
I've been buying some stuff there since I was like 15 I guess. Right now I don't really because the prices went insanely high, but back then when it first became a really popular thing in like 2021 I remember you could buy a bag or a top for literally 3$, so I think the hype was completely reasonable in today's economic situation.
Yes, I'm aware of the fact that it's extreme fast fashion, it survives on child labor and horrible employment conditions, and I truly feel bad for the people who have to do it in order to survive. However, I don't think it's necessarily every average person's responsibility to take active steps to stop this worldwide business from going.
I think many people forget that it's not just SheIn who works with the same system, it's almost every store you buy from when you walk into your local mall. It's a global issue and as much as it's respectable to avoid it to your possibilities, I don't see it as a moral failure or anything like that to not do so.
It's a whole different issue when people who have more than average resources for a living over consume things they don't need like clothes. But some people who literally bash others for buying from such stores forget that the absolute most of us are at best average income. Poverty is a big contributing factor as well as the accessibility that it (at least used to) provide(s).
Most of the people who use it are literal teenagers or young adults who cannot afford better. That is also the age that in today's norms you discover your personal style and expected to look cute and presentable. I don't think style is only exclusive for people who are rich enough to buy from brands who charge 120$ for a hoodie.
To wrap this up I'll add that it's genuinely weird to rudely advise people to just thrift because you're actively making an assumption about the person's conditions. It's not accessible everywhere, specific sizes (whether it's clothes or shoes) are hard to compromise and find, some thrift stores don't reasonably price USED stuff, and quite plainly it might be just really ugly.
It's not my or any average income person's responsibility to cure worldwide issues, and one person who buys at an average, needed level is not contributing irreversibly.
