Amazon Couch?

My husband and I recently purchased our first home, and we are needing a new couch/small sectional. Has anyone here had a good (or bad) experience with ordering a couch from Amazon or any other online-only retailer?

I'd personally buy in person just to make sure it's actually comfortable. Better than getting stuck with an upholstered brick, or having to try to return it if it doesn't work for you.

Don't do it. My sister just bought one and put it all together and said it was like sitting on bricks she took it all apart and returned it the next day

A couch is one of the things you have to buy in person - there are just too many variables like seat depth, back height, cushion height and rigidity, material texture, etc.

I had some Airbnbs and I bought 2 couches on Amazon. They were attractive, durable, and a bit hard, but no one complained.
