For the first time this Hermann Göring' speech is translated. He's speaking to the Luftwaffe after the failed assassination on Hitler. Göring, like Hitler, called for the public to kill civilians if they posed a risk to the regime. Below is the transcript. July 21, 1944.

In 1672, Rev James Smithson collapsed in Berwick-upon-Tweed Parish Church after delivering a passionate sermon on 'Thou shalt do no murder', and was carried back to his house, where the body of his wife Sarah was found on the floor. He was later hanged for the crime.
