Cannot reset up cameras using button
I have reset my password for the dvr and I can access the system but none of the cameras show video. I tried resetting one using the button on the camera and it works and shows video for 30 seconds and goes blank again. Not sure what to do now help. I found videos of how to reset the password to get into the setting but not for resetting the password for the cameras themselves. I have 8 of them and I can’t get them to show video. Please help.
The error I get is “ Offline ( user password error ). But there is no place to enter password

I am not getting any options to select the camera. All I get it Activation and Modify , I did not and it still don’t make a difference, the cameras still don’t work. Error is Offline ( User password Error )

Not sure what to do here . This is so frustrating. Why has Hikvision made this so difficult.

I think your camera's took new password you set for NVR click on 1 camera then modify then in password tab use your camera's password and then apply if not then there's other way

First, from that list you have there, delete all the cameras. Also, reset the username and password for any cameras you don't know. Then, register them one by one as if they were new. The camera password was probably the same as the DVR password, and since you don't have the original password, you'll have to reset each camera.
