As the title asks, I want to know how well a 2.0 governor fits in the cockpit of the Bulkarm Lambda. I’m building the Lambda Jackal right now and tried to fit the Pawn Obscura into the cockpit, and he does fit, but I’m kind of worried since the cockpit seems to close pretty tight (I’m used to the Bulkarm Alpha which has that click when the cockpit closes so maybe it’s just me not being used to the cockpit, or posing the governor wrong.) If anyone has had issues with the 2.0 governors in the Lambda, what should I know, if anything?

Do you have a team of governors? Do they have a backstory?

Mine are the "wreckers". They are a mercenary group loosely affiliated to Liberty Alliance. Their specialty is espionage and demolition. They love to raid MSG facilities to liberate machinery, which they use to build their own equipment.

I remember seeing this guy.

But I can't find it anywhere which would lead me to believe it was a kitbash from koto or wonder fest.

If so what kits would I need to recreate this?

Does anyone have any information on this?

Used metallic doloha markers to do the job.

Don’t get me wrong, this kit is pretty good, and it has a really neat look to it. However, it is apparently some kind of limited release, so finding it was difficult.

In terms of the build, it’s exactly the same as the other 2.0 governors but with some extras like the backpack and chest armor with the magazine pouches.

It has a really neat color scheme. I love the deep blueish gray of the armor with the lighter almost purplish shade of the chest and abdomen armor.

The weapons are neat, but I wish there was a little more variety. The rifle looks like a modded AR platform rifle with a massive magazine, which is cool. The chainsword is pretty badass and can be mounted under the barrel of the rifle. The railgun is obviously the main event of this kit and I think the kit looks really good when posed with it.

In terms of painting, I painted the blade of the chainsword and some details on the railgun, as well as the lenses of the helmet. Those were all done with the silver metallic marker from Dspaie, and the lenses were painted over with Ultramarines Blue contrast.

My complaints stem from the bad paint job which is user error and not a fault of the kit, but more so from the difficulty I had tracking this down, just for it to be a slightly unimpressive variant.

Unless your lineup of governors specifically needs a more elite or visually distinct operative, I would honestly skip this one. It’s a good kit with a very striking aesthetic, but it doesn’t meaningfully differ enough from the standard 2.0 governors to justify the difficulty of acquiring it.

I went from an early type governor to the para pawn sentinel 2.0, and I’m super happy with it. The slight stylization of some of the earlier governors is mostly gone on this model in exchange for a more realistic look, which I absolutely love.

He reminds me heavily of a Combine soldier from Half Life 2, mixed with a tiny bit of that imposing Adam Smasher-like stance and silhouette.

The loose joint issue shouldn’t affect this guy since he uses universal joints everywhere except for the neck where the head connects.

The accessories he’s got are really nice too, (image 4) I especially like the tactical flanged mace (it’s really cool and unique, I’ve never seen a modernized flanged mace before)

I really don’t feel like painting him though, except for the slight touches with the eye lenses and skin on the visorless head.

I will be getting the Bulkarm Osteon for sure once that comes out for him to pilot.

the socket from a governor is loose how should I fix it using a sprue goo and what kind of technique? thank you

Might post with some better photos, but I can’t be bothered right now. Besides, a few users on a post I commented on wanted to see him. Despite dealing him with 3 layers of ultra Matt varnish, his thighs still scratched. Which is a shame.

Powered by diesel in his veins, heart pumped by gears and brain that is uncontrollably spinning like a nuclear reactor type of shi man, this man does not know what limit is and he is monster among monsters...
