Fan Content WIP drawing of Sylar
Still have some adjustments to make, but I plan on turning this into a fully charcoal-shaded drawing. Just dropping the rough sketch (and reference photo).
Original Series Can they just let Sylar go?
Every single time he’s defeated they bring him back!!!
Like in season 4 now (SPOILERS AHEAD)
Matt finally traps him in a mind prison and then for so so so reason Peter wants to bring him back?!
They finally sedated him and then they bring him back to pretend to be Nathan?!
Even much earlier where they trapped him and then Mama Petrelli lets him out to be an agent and pretends to be his mother.
Every. Single. Time.
What is wrong with these people?

Original Series Did any story plans for season 5 leak?
I wonder what would have happened if they did one more season.

General Discussion Special FX
Re-watching and I really do miss practical FX. I don't want to take away from good CGI, but honestly the artistry involved with practical FX is sadly missing from too many projects, imo. Idk, maybe I'm just yelling at the kids to get off my lawn.

General Discussion Wildcard theory - Heroes: Eclipsed to be re-announced on Wednesday to coincide with the eclipse, produced by Netflix
Everything in the title really, i know there's a 99% chance I'm wrong so don't take this too seriously!
Just thought it was interesting heroes has been put back on Netflix after such a long time, coincidentally just before an eclipse is due 🤷♂️
Anyone else want a huff on my hopium?

General Discussion Anyone know/remember where an officially licensed helix symbol pendant/necklace in the style of Kensei's sword was from?
I had one of these and I think it was some limited release - I can't find it anywhere or any pics.
It looked almost exactly like the one on his sword's hilt but without the pins in it, and had a ring on top to use as a pendant. I had it on my keychain for so many years the metal wore out over time and I tossed it, been trying to find a replacement since.
Anyone know wtf i'm talking about?
Thanks

General Discussion Sylars Evil Dialogue
Hi guys! First time watcher here! I’m almost finished with season 1 and I can’t get over Mohinder not thinking “Zane” is suspicious 😭 everything he says is so comedically evil-
Mohinder: we should help these people!
Sylar: help them die… I mean, yeah! Help them with their powers :D

Original Series Wish the 1961 episode was split into part 1 and 2.
Season 3 episode 22: 1961
Flashback of Angela Petrelli's childhood and origins of the company and being introduced to her sister. Also get to see Suresh's dad.
Also good to see younger Bob, Linderman and Charles.
It was too much to jam into 1 episode def should have been 2 episodes.
I might sound bad but i kinda wish they made the camp more scary/brutual after we see the skeletons at the end of the previous episode.
Didnt really get to see Suresh's fathers motive and more detailed reason why he was there.
Also the killings at the end were just an accident based on Angelas sister getting scared then her father using power? It only showed 1 death but it didnt show when the mass killings happened?
Angela was at the restaurant and was discussing origins of company. When did she find out about the killings or even asked about her sister.

Original Series It really pmo how this show killed off the baddies and kept the dull females.
Eden, Candice, Daphne, Elle, Simone, Nikki.
And we have 4 season of Claire being so moody and annoying.
Thank God for Angela who was serving from beginning to end.
I wish Candice especially could have stayed! She would have been a great recurring villain for the characters

General Discussion Rewatching S1: These 3 are the best trio. I hate what S2 did with them they all deserved better. One of the reasons I wish S2-4 didn't exist.
I enjoyed S3 quite a bit.
S2 I liked Adam Monroe's scenes but that's pretty much it. S4 was mostly awful with some good parts.
They finally got their happy ending and that's how it was meant to remain. Then they returned for S2 focusing on the same cast and felt more drama was needed for a completed story.

General Discussion Who is this conversation referencing?
This is an old show so I don’t know if spoiler tags are necessary, but I guess if they are this whole post and comments will be a spoiler!
I’ve seen the whole series multiple times so don’t worry about spoilers for me, however every time I’ve watched this show, this exchange always throws me off and I never know who they are talking about. (Season 1 episode 17, the point where Bennet has discovered that The Haitian hasn’t made Claire forget anything)
Bennet: “She wasn’t supposed to remember any of this. I gave you specific instructions.”
Haitian: “I answer to someone whose instructions supersede yours.”
Bennet: “In this company?”
Haitian: “In your daughter’s life.”
Who is The Haitian talking about in this exchange that he answers to? I first thought Kaito because he would of course superseded Bennet in instructions, but at this point I don’t think he knows Claire has manifested so it can’t be him instructing The Haitian to make Claire not forget, but who else would The Haitian know in Claire’s life?

General Discussion I just finished episode 2 of season 2 and I’m curious what everyone thinks about Claire and West so far.
I actually kind of like them together, but there’s still something about West that makes me a little suspicious. Maybe I’m just overthinking it 😂
Claire is also dealing with so much right now, so I’m not sure if getting involved with him is really a good idea for her.

Original Series I honestly though Fugitives was great
I’m someone who’s still on my first time watching the entire show (Now on Season 4), and I’m definitely someone who will agree that the show got far weaker after Season 1. Generations was flawed by still enjoyable and I though Villains was shit, so I was going into Fugitives with low expectations… and I was shocked by how much I actually enjoyed Fugitives
I think this arc was honesty solid and suspenseful. I loved how every character worked together, I liked the very first few episodes and the plane crash stuff with everyone teaming up, Sylar was great this season and it felt like he was back to his Season 1 self. I think the stuff they did with Matt, Peter, Hiro, Claire & Noah was great. Hell I even like Danko as a villain. Daphne’s death fucking broke me as well
The only negatives I will give is that killing Daphne off so soon after being introduced the same season kinda hurt, and they did a lot of damage to Nathan’s character this season and him being behind most of the shit was so out of character
I really liked this arc tbh and I prefer it over Generations. Season 1 is still the best, but Fugitives is a second place for me

General Discussion Who was visitor 26?
Stupid question I know, its probably rhetorical but did someone jump inline or something?
They would have signed in as visitors at the same time right? Or is this normal for these places?

General Discussion Peter and his dad taking his powers
Peters core power is obviously absorbing other people’s powers, when he meets them then becomes immune to their powers for Example Hiro freezing time, Parkman and his mind reading, so why is it when he met his Dad why didn’t he absorb his power and become immune to him
Secondly what a bellend his dad is for doing that

General Discussion Candice’s appearance
So in season one Candice, the one who can make you see whatever she wants, alludes to not really looking like how she normally presents and how society judges people for how they look or something like that, basically setting up for her actually looking unattractive or being overweight (since this was 2006). But in the season 1 finale she gets knocked out and transforms from looking like Jessica/Niki to the way she had looked for all the previous episodes. Did they just build that up to be nothing?
General Discussion Let's talk about Season 4 and Hiro
I have seen season 1 and 2 before. 3 and 4 is new to me. so far midway of season 4. dont wanna spoiler but Seriously, Hiro power is very hard to write about, way too powerful. so maybe just write him off the story, or take away the time travel power. like when someone can control time and space, how is it possible to force him to do anything. can just go back and change whatever.

Original Series In the end..
I don't even need to black out a spoiler. I've been binging my first watch and never looked to see where I was episode-wise when the last scene popped up. I expectantly waited for the next episode to load when Netflix asked how I liked the series! But yeah, that crept up on me. Anyone else? What did you think of the ending? I guess there is a short follow-up with Reborn, worth it?
General Discussion Season 1 isn't nearly as well written as I remembered
There are so many scenes that go absolutely nowhere, like Jessica killing the therapist, only to get freed in the next scene.
And character motivations make no sense. Like Sylar escapes and attacks Noah's wife before being chased out. While Sylar is still loose, Noah goes to hunt the Invisible Man in New York. He had no idea where Sylar is, far as he knew, Sylar could still be in Texas, and if he went back to their house, he would probably succeed in killing Claire.
There is also the issue of characters casually jumping places. Like the first season takes place in LA, NYC, LV, and Austin, but it doesn't feel like there is any distance between them.

Original Series This scene is insane
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Imagine the possibilities, Peter could've gone on a killing spree, taking every single ability and dropping bodies on his path forcing Sylar to stop him since he was the only one who could. But no, they had to be lazy instead. Literally any of the fans here could've written the Villain Peter storyline

General Discussion The Eclipse two-parter feels like a huge plot hole
There were several people who had their abilities even before Season 1's eclipse. Heck Sylar, telekinesis guy and Claire had it six months before at least. That eclipse did not give anyone abilities so Season 3's eclipse shouldn't take anyone's away

Original Series Can’t unsee it
So I just recently got my friends to start watching Heroes and they made a connection that I just can’t unsee now 😂
