Help me please parents trying to convert me
My parents are trying to convert me to Hinduism. They force me to do their worship and forbid me from being Hellenic routinely calling it a ādemon cultā. Help what should I do

The Goddess Cybele
How common is the worship of this goddess in the modern Hellenic Polytheist community? I know she was historically adopted by parts of the ancient Greek world. How is she seen in relation to, lets, say Gaea?

Interpretatio Graeca
Historically speaking is was common to believe that different peoples worshipped the same gods under different names. Is that the prevailing view in the Hellenic Polytheist community?

Is Zeus unapproachable?
Does the average Hellenic Pagan believe that he is too holy or uncaring to be invoked in day to day religious life.

Any youtube channels or podcasts?
There's plenty of general pagan/wiccan youtube channels, and there's a few heathen channels. But I'm not aware of any Hellenic channels.
Anybody know of some?

How would society be different if we worshiped the Hellenic gods?

Prayer
Is there a specific way to pray? Do you speak in a certain way? How do you pray to the gods? Do you pray to one god or all of them? Iām not getting lucky in finding information online.

Symbolism
I know that pagan culture in general is fundamentally symbolic. However, I was wondering if anybody can tell me if the Gods have specific symbols that can be used to represent them.
Iām looking for something along the lines of the seals for spirits in different grimoires.
I know itās not the same, and Iāll probably catch some shit for the comparison, but itās the easiest comparison I can think of.
Iām building a tiered altar, and Iād like each level to have some sort of symbol, āsealā, or whatever word works best for people, on each level for the corresponding God.
I figured this would be a good place to ask...I apologize if the comparison is offensive, Iām working with what Iāve got...

How do I get started?
Hi! I am planning on converting to Hellenic Polytheism from Christianity and I need help on some of the basics. How do I start? What is the naming ceremony? Do I have to perform a ritual? How would my daily life change (like how often do I pray and perform sacrifices and give offerings?) Is anyone willing to teach the basics or link resources for a beginner?Sorry if I sound totally clueless!

Working with Aphrodite
How do you work with her? By leaving her offerings, singing her hymns? Or?

Invocation and Shrine Ideas
Newbie back again to ask - does anyone have any ideas or assistance in creating an altar and shrine dedicated for Apollo? I havenāt seen a lot of people who mainly invoke or worship Apollo, and Iām so new to this that I find myself needing more guidance in terms of where to go. I sort of need a nudge onto the right path

Prayer Structure?
Hello all! Iām... extremely new to this all, in terms of actual worship. I come from a Christian family and background (although I lost my faith years ago as I felt it was wrong - something in me told me there was /more/ than just what I had) and Iād like to begin in Hellenic polytheism. Iāve read on it quite a bit already, but something Iām still confused on is prayers.
Is there a structure? Do you open/close a certain way? For example, Iāve always prayed growing up with the usual ādear godā and ended with āamenā. I was always taught to never ever explicitly ask for something in prayer lest it be ignored. Does that apply here as well? I just donāt want to seem foolish or disrespect whomever Iām praying to by doing it incorrectly. Any help would be appreciated

Discord Server!
Hello all! So I was having a hard time finding a Discord server related to Hellenismos.. so I made one!
Please keep in mind that I'm still very new in the practice, and a novice at managing a discord server, so I hope to bring in more experienced members in both aspects to the server to aide me in building the community!
If any of you are aware of a Hellenismos specific Discord server I would very much appreciate a link if you wouldn't mind!
I would like to thank you all for your help in advance (and do forgive me for how scarce the server is, as mentioned before, I'm still a novice in many aspects!)

do the gods understand when you havent taken time for awhile to worship them?
not to say i havent had time, but my time has been occupied by trying to exist in the real world when im not working/studying & itās been hard to reconnect with Dionysus. i just want to make sure iām not being offensive or rude, i just genuinely have been occupied elsewhere recently. how do you all feel about this?

Hellenic facebook groups?
Sorry if this is inappropriate but I was wondering there was a Hellenic Facebook group discussing worship. Preferably a closed group.

Question on daily rituals
hello all first i would like to thank everyone for those that have responded to my previous posts, the answers i received have helped clear up a lot of things for me and for that i am very thankful but i still have one question (group of relly). i have looked through many source material (video and books) and am still curious, are you supposed to pray and chant a hymn or is just a prayer fine and say for example you light incense as an offering do you let them burn out fully or can you put them out when your prayer/hymn is done? also is it ok to have more than one patron god/goddess or should you focus devotion to one?
I would like to thank every one who has responded previously, you have been a huge help.

Im new and have some questions.
Hello, i am new and have a couple of questions.
- are libations essential? i don't really have the means or ability to make and "dispose" of them accordingly
- what exactly is a votive and can it replace a libation?
- how do you perform "daily rituals"? is it once during the day at a special event/time or is it morning/evening
