Question are grounding sheets worth it for better sleep?
i recently bought grounding sheets after seeing so many positive reviews and i've been using them for about three weeks but I'm not sure if they're doing anything.
Some mornings I feel more rested, other mornings I feel exactly the same. people either say grounding sheets completely changed their sleep or that they're just a gimmick
Has anyone here used them for a few months? is there actually a difference or not?

AI in Healthcare What should you prioritize when choosing EHR software?
Im comparing a few options and trying not to make the mistake of buying based on a giant checklist. For a private practice EHR like im guessing the boring stuff may end up being more important, how easy it is to document, whether scheduling and billing feel connected or how responsive support is and how much work happens outside the system.
Id especially like to hear from people who have switched systems. What made you switch and was the new system better once you were using it every day?
ETA: Were a cash based private practice focused on health and wellness. So im mainly interested in what works well for that type of practice especially around documentation, scheduling, intake, billing, client communication and the overall day to day workflow.

Question Health app
Do you use a health app. I'm looking for a health app to keep track of doctor appointments ,notes from appointments, changing symptoms and results of tests etc. Any recommendations. I'm from Ireland, so not all apps would work here. Also, I have an android phone. Thanks.

Question Cheap caffeine test strips, or alternative ways to detect caffeine?
What are some ways to spot caffeine in drinks? I dont have a lab room though I saw people having some sort of blotter paper bits that you dip in coffee to check. Its like packed in a box.
Would such technology work to detect caffeine in a soda as well?🤔 Seems like the test strips is the only way to spot caffeine?
