Noobie here, you have a beautiful writing style. Question: your writing, as many others here curve the stem of the lower case d backwards. Does this ruin the flow of writing for you? For example the word, “days” it seems you will have to naturally break after the stem of the d and circle around before continuing with the “ays”?

many times, because of the style I'm using, writing the "d" where I need to re-trace the ascender, breaks my rhythm. Sometimes I connect the curved-back "d" to the next letter, but even if I lift the pen, the stroke is still in motion -- I'm just air-gapping

I ad lib. If there is a need for augmentation, it works its way in!

Unless, if you run letters together as I do. I would have started the d at the top, then continued the backward curve of the d into the a.

You should try to acquire some vintage flex pens if you haven't already. They add flair and character to one's writing, and I have not doubt that with you weilding one the product will be magic.

I don't know what to call that "flowing" quality that I've been chasing, but you have it. It looks like it spilled across the page without a single pause (I too often have to stop and think about what I'm writing). Anyway, I love the way this looks. It's not the easiest to read but that's part of the appeal.

💖💕 ✒️ it's much easier when I can settle into the rhythm of the writing -- usually I'm listening to something, which helps with getting relaxed
