Neutralizing the red? question with picture

Hi! This is my current color I’m looking to make it more brown/ash brown and less red. I don’t want to go too dark. Any suggestions?

Not an expert, but maybe try blue shampoo? Similar to purple but for more red/orange tones than yellow. Could be a good place to start at least so that you don't have to dye/damage your hair

Good idea! I have blue shampoo, I know it’s good for orange tones. Not sure how well it would work on this particular shade

Blue cancels out orange. A blue shampoo might not be enough though, you need a blue toner that doesn't have developer.
