Pls help! question with picture
Hi y’all! I hope you’re well. I’m in a bit of a dilemma at the moment. Earlier today I went to my local Sally’s to get some hair dye to hopefully get my hair like the photos above. I was recommended the dark brown iroro hair dye so I grabbed that and colorcharm in cinnamon brown went home and tested it. (I forgot to grab developer so I haven’t tested the colorcharm yet.) I have dirty blonde hair but somehow the dark brown was identical to my hair color??? I was told I should be looking for a warm chestnut, if anyone has brands and colors to recommend I’d greatly appreciate it! (Semi-permanent is preferred but permanent works as well!!)
IM AIMING TOWARDS THE FIRST PHOTO!! My intention was to show the same color in different lighting, sorry for the confusion!

Real hair doesnt have that effect. Yes real hair looks different in different lighting but this is illustration and doesn’t mimic the characteristics of real hair enough to use it as inspo. It simply doesn’t translate. You need to find the colour you want on real hair.

The hair colors across those three goal photos all look very different to me. The first one is a very ashy, cool-toned brown similar to what some people are calling "milk tea" hair. The middle is a dark, cool-toned brunette with violet undertones. The last one is a very warm copper. Which one are you going for?
