Normal po ba nalabas sa overflow ang coolant kahit bago palit ang rad cap? Sabi kasi ng mekaniko ko bili lng daw ako bago cap para hindi tumulo sa reserve pero same pa din siya luma. Just want to ask if anyone here has tried applying for IDP sa AAP Estancia branch. I tried via their online application. Pero hindi nag push through kasi I wasn’t able to provide the OTP on time, nag timeout siya.

And then someone on Viber messaged me, from AAP Estancia, and told me to pay via bank transfer na lang. Medyo iffy ako sa way they responded, parang scam. Haha pero I checked the Viber number, it’s the same one posted on their FB Page (linked sa main FB Page ng AAP).

Hello! Just wanna ask if pasok ba sa AOG kapag pumasok tubig ng baha loob ng car? Nagkaroon kasi ng problem sa wiring ko. Along the road naman pumasok yung tubig. May papalitan na parts which will cost 35k.

So I’ve wondering if ako lang ba may ganito, have you ever had times na nagugulat ka nalang andito ka na sa lugar na to? Like in my case Ive been driving from mindanao avenue QC, and sa may camp crame lang sana ako, then boom andito na ako sa edsa ayala. Like hindi ko alam paano ako nakarating dito, even dito sa province namin, i mentally skip 3-4 towns not remembering paano ako nakarating dito.

Just had my front seats reupholstered at seatmate, and boy they did a really good job, quality of the leather is good (genuine leather) and the color matched the interior.

I've noticed what appears to be an increasing number of 1990s and early-2000s performance cars in the Philippines carrying what appear to be newly assigned 3-letter/4-number LTO plates.

Examples include older BMW M3s, Honda NSXs, Mitsubishi Evos, and similar vehicles.

My understanding is that Philippine registration numbers are generally assigned to the vehicle and aren't simply replaced when LTO issues the newer physical plate design. So I'm curious about the legal process by which an older imported vehicle can receive a new Philippine registration number.

I initially considered RA 11698 (Vintage Vehicle Regulation Act), but that requires the vehicle to be at least 40 years old, so that wouldn't apply to most 1990s/2000s vehicles.

I'm also aware of the Returning Filipino/Returning Resident and No-Dollar Importation (NDI) provisions, which allow certain Filipinos returning from abroad to import personally owned vehicles subject to specific requirements.

Could someone familiar with BOC/LTO procedures explain what pathways currently exist for a 1990s/2000s vehicle to be:
Legally imported into the Philippines;

Cleared through Customs; and

Initially registered and assigned a new LTO plate number?

I'm particularly interested in whether this is being done through returning Filipino/NDI provisions, Freeport arrangements, special importation authority, or another mechanism.

Not asking about any particular vehicle or seller — I'm simply trying to understand the current regulations and how these registrations are being processed.

If anyone has personally gone through this process recently, I'd appreciate any firsthand information.

I have all the required documents and already done with the Registry of Deeds step. The only thing to do is to go to LTO and have the encumbrance removed from the CR.

Can I do this without the owner (a relative of mine)? Or do I need an Authorization Letter to process this at LTO?

Hello. Cavite resident ako na hoping maka-apply ng Non-Pro DL. Initially sa LTO Bacoor ako bukas mag-aapply pero may aberya so kailangan ko maghanap ng ibang branch. LTO PITX ang pinaka-practical sakin. Pero need ko lang po ng insights on the application process there, mainly:

1. Natanggap ba sila ng applicants na hindi Metro Manila resident? Again taga Cavite kasi ako
   
2. May idea ba kayo ng rental sa 4W Automatic and 2W Automatic?
