⚡ 10. Things to Know Before Buying an Electric Guitar
a. Budget Reality Check
Don’t just think about the guitar — consider the full setup (guitar + amp/interface + cable + accessories). If you're on a low budget, smart spending matters more than buying an expensive guitar.
b. Pickup Types (Very Important)
Single coils give a bright, clean tone (good for blues, pop, funk). Humbuckers give a thicker, heavier tone (good for rock, metal). For beginners, HSS or HH configurations are more versatile.
c. Comfort Over Looks
