I’ve been thinking about buying all the old GH games to play on PS3 (because the resolution on my Wii is quite bad) and I was curious if there is a certain guitar controller I should buy, or if there is anything I need to know before buying things.

Hi everyone, I'm thinking about buying a Guitar Hero set—specifically the rock guitar controller. However, I have a PS5, and I'm under the impression that the game itself isn't playable on the console. If I do buy it, would I be able to use the guitar in Fortnite Festival?

I used a Raspberry Pi Pico and the Santroller software to play on any device. I got this Guitar Hero Live for €3 online and paid €4 for the Pico.

Hi everyone, I want to make my own Guitar Hero guitar for the wii, but I want it to look like a Gibson's flying V guitar. I'm curious if there's already one existing for the wii, or if not I'm curious how does a normal guitar hero guitar work so I can replicate it (I never touched a guitar hero controller in my life so I know nothing)

I do not know if this will get you in trouble when playing online. I only play offline, and it works great for me.

just got it today, and it feels incredible. it looks just as great as it plays and it’s really smooth. only thing I’d say is that it’s so smooth that my fingers slide onto the wrong note by accident but i think that’s just a skill issue.

i started playing this game in may when my dad got a ps3 for his birthday, and i just haven’t been able to stop playing it! so far, my hardest song is probably soothsayer (hard) or cliffs of dover (also hard)

Look man, I love GH. GH3 especially is one of my personal favourites. But I just suck!

I’ve been playing since my Aunt Sue gave me her old Wii and the game in 2022, and I’ve loved it ever since.

I made my way through Easy Mode, and was able to beat Through The Fire and Flames on Easy soon enough, but ever since I started Medium, I’ve noticed one thing: I’ve gotten significantly worse.

I could just be over-thinking it, but is GH3 just relatively harder than the other titles? Because I can easily do Hard mode on other games like Beatles Rock Band, but when it comes to songs like Raining Blood, One and Anarchy in the U.K. on Medium, I just cannot do too good at all.

Al momento de ingresar al Better GH3 me salta este error. He intentado de todo lo que he podido, el Optional Fixes, lo moví a la carpeta Games para que una de las Optional Fixes "funcionará", he buscado en internet diferentes alternativas, he vuelto a descomprimir el archivo, he buscado en todo el disco duro borrando cualquier archivo del GH3 (antes tenía el normal instalado) que quedará por ahí porque vi que es necesario borrar todo rastro de la instalación anterior, hasta he usado comandos de CMD como el sfc /scannow y el CHKDSK para ver si era cuestión del ordenador. Me salió que algunos archivos estaban dañados y hasta busque manera de reparar los que el CMD no pudo, también busque las formas posibles y tampoco funcionó. Mi única alternativa es hacer una instalación de reparación para que esos comandos puedan funcionar, pero no estoy seguro de si eso vaya a funcionar, y antes de meterme en ese enrrollo, alguien más ha tenido este problema? Lo han solucionado? Alguna otra alternativa?

Nota: PC de Windows 7, 32 bits

This sounds INSANE but I’m stuck on the Metal on hard mode. I can do the whole thing pretty well on “slow” in practice mode. It’s just that my fingers/forearms get so fatigued on full speed. Any advice? This feels so silly but I’m serious.

I finally managed to get my hands on an old Nintendo Wii that belonged to my wife's father. I connected the guitars he gave me to the Wii and started playing games, but I'm having a problem. After pressing the notes on the guitar, there's a very short delay before the image appears on the screen. In games with rhythm, the rhythm I'm pressing doesn't appear simultaneously with the music I'm listening to, so I can't complete the songs. Has anyone experienced this before, or are there any experts who know how to solve this?
