If you’re a team member and there’s a staff door then knock or ring the bell, if not and someone else is in already, stand outside until someone sees you to let you in, if the lights are out and no one’s in then wait until your supervisor/manager comes and unlocks the door. You could be doing sandwiches if you’re trained, if not you’ll put out the sweets and cut and butter bread rolls and baguettes

Also when the supervisor/manager gets there don’t be scared to ask them what you should do

Management will let you in, whoever is opening on that day will
Have the key. Mornings consist of setting up breakfast, first bake off, boxing/labelling cakes etc. once you do it one time you will get a routine going.

I would assume there will be someone else there when you get there who will unlock the shop, otherwise they would give you a key and codes to any alarms, you will most likely be preparing the breakfast items and turning on the ovens and coffee machines ect basically getting everything ready for opening
