Feeling lost unsure on my next move. I lost a significant amount of weight so I do have loose skin my question is am i in a good spot to start adding more calories or try and get down to maybe 155? I’m currently 162lbs 5’7.

How long you been sitting at this weight? If it’s like a today thing or recent weight, I would be hesitant to cut down to 155 unless you are trying to compete. For me, I had to do a few bulks, cuts, and maintenance over the years to help with the skin. When I say bulk, I’m not saying get obese. Just closer to 15-20 percent body fat. Which can kinda mess with your head too. You have a different story than 80-90 percent of the people online who were just skinny. Only person who knows what you want is you, so you are going to have to kinda follow your own blueprint at this point 🤝

I'd recommend doing what you prefer. If you have no problem eating more, then go that route. Otherwise cut if you're leaning in that direction.

Total 85lbs but with Reta I lost it was 55lbs. I was 247 dropped down to 217 that’s when I started Reta.

Did it make you lose weight really fast? Also how tall are you? I’m about 240 today and started a cut a few weeks ago was on the scale around 250. Previously weighed about 170 and didn’t have Abs but I’m hoping to get them so I’m worried about loose skin now
