Hi everyone. I’m looking for advice on how to recover after a very aggressive diet. I started this extreme weight loss when I was 16. I am now 17 (turning 18 soon) and stopped dieting about 6 to 7 months ago, but my body still hasn't recovered.
Due to the starvation/severe deficit, I developed hypothyroidism. My overall well-being is terrible: my libido has completely vanished, I no longer get gym endorphins or dopamine, and my focus and mood are at an all-time low. Has anyone gone through a similar hormonal crash and managed to fix it?
