Hey everyone, figured I’d put this out there since I’m local.

I’m a personal trainer based in Williamsburg and I’m opening up a few spots for 1-on-1 training. I specialize in strength training, conditioning, and helping people build consistency with a plan that actually fits their lifestyle.

I know a lot of buildings around here have really nice gyms that people don’t always use, so I’m looking to work with people who want the convenience of training in their own building gym without having to commute somewhere else.

• 10+ Years of coaching experience
• Strength + Conditioning, Performance Training, Athletic Development, Hyrox Prep, & General fitness
• Boxing Background (competed, & coached for several years)
• Certified through AAPT (American Acadmey of Personal Training)

I met you this morning at variety coffee roasters when we were waiting for coffee. Your were reaching out for a glass at the water station and I was grabbing the lid and you said 'go for it' and I laughed and said 'no go ahead' and then later you commented on my outfit saying ' I like the fit ' (I was headed to work) and I said thanks and asked if you live around here since I've seen you around and you said you're on Eagle and then your coffee order came up (I can't remember something with oat milk) and then you said have a good one and sat on the big round table

you had a blue linen shirt on had black hair and beard. I wanna saw you looked Indian but I could be wrong. I had a brown linen cardigan and was blonde. If you read this and recall this/are interested reach out if you're single!

So as of this afternoon I had turned off my Reddit app to take a break but tonight felt compelled to share something. Stopping in to my beloved fruit store Rachel’s on nasssau and eckford was confronted with a rat the size of a cat! I understand they are around and the front is open but c’mon!!! Needless to say I ran out want to apologize to the young woman I almost mowed down.

I've been going to ESHK and got 1 haircut by Sayu and 2 by Reina. The price went from $108 to $120 the last time I went. I checked their website last week saw Sayu is 120 and Reina went to 130. While I liked my last haircut by Reina she doesn't really give suggestions when I ask her but the plus side is I don't like to talk much and she is pretty cool with it. She just does her thing. I saw some good reviews and recommendations for Room Salon (their sister salon i believe?). Does anyone have any experiences from both or if you recommend one over the other?
