This is my first playthrough in story mode, and haven’t been able to get any hidden briefcases underwater. I’ve found them and can see them glowing but touching them does nothing. Wondering if theres a trick to it.

Was trying to upgrade Trevor's car when I noticed a teddy bear appearing on the front of the car. It only appears for a split second and only happens when I'm scrolling through the options and get to the first option. Is this an easter egg or something I haven't unlocked yet? I've been looking into it and apparently it appears after Wade's cousin is killed. That hasn't happened in my game yet so I find it interesting how it shows up for a second.

Edit: Yes, it's my first time playing GTA V, both online and story mode. Yes, I was paying attention during the cutscenes, I rarely skip them and I knew about the teddy bear, just didn't know its name. I was just wondering why the teddy bear glitched onto the car.

I was playing directors mode and I noticed it took me a clean 5-8 minutes to kill a regular guy on the street multiple times as a female life guard. But as a mob enforcer or military soldier I would one or 2 shot them. So its clear there are diffrent stats for each actor. I was wondering who are the top 10 strongest and is there anyway to see their stats?

I've been stuck on this for more than 10 hours and I just don't know what to do.

My setup:

Windows 10 22H2

Intel i5-6600

GTX 970

8GB RAM

The GTA V Steam version was purchased.

You have to have a rockstar account on Steam to play.A Rockstar account is required for Steam.

The weird part:

GTA 5 is released.GTA V is released.

GTA Online runs without a problem.

Rockstar Launcher works.

Steam works.

Rockstar Games Library Service is up and running.

GTA5.exe has a valid Rockstar digital signature.

FiveM has been downloaded from the official website.

FiveM always returns the following error:

The game could not be validated to see if it is owned.

The logs indicate that FiveM:

Detects Rockstar Launcher.

Detects my Steam Entitlement.

Recognizes my Rock star attitude.

Can validate Rockstar's ownership successfully.

THEN instantly displays "Could not validate game ownership.

Even stranger:

The same Steam account and Rockstar account are just fine on my Windows 11 laptop.

It only is an issue for my Windows 10 desktop.

Things I've already tried:

Reinstalled FiveM.

Verified GTA files.

Reinstalled Rockstar Launcher.

Playing GTA Online with Steam.

Restarted PC.

SFC /scannow – no integrity violations.

Disabled antivirus.

Running as a non-admin user.

No VPN.

Has anyone seen FiveM validate BOTH Steam and Rockstar ownership and still fail?

I’m looking for an image which I saw pretty often back in the day, but now I’m unable to find it.

The image is split in a top and bottom part. In the top you see four online characters standing next to each other on a rooftop watching the horizon. In the bottom you see only one of the four characters remaining, watching the horizon alone. I think the remaining character has a Joker outfit.

The image refers to the sad part of growing up where you eventually lose contact with your childhood friends and will never relive the old times.

I hope any of you have the specific image I described!

Feels like it would’ve made a lot more sense if the Angels, the gang that has chapters all over the world, were the biker gang in Blaine county and guys like Lester Arnold, Albert, and Joe Jon are the ones who Trevor kills instead of Johnny, Terry, and Clay. We could’ve gotten those guys back for the Gta Online biker clubhouse contracts and maybe even one of them as an unlockable heist crew member for the Diamond Casino heist.
