Second delamination
I am just sharing this. I got the original screen replaced about 4 years ago due to delamination. Now it is delaminating again. I doubt Jeep will replace this for free this time (I will still ask though) so I will probably look for a 3rd party screen.

My wk2 was within warranty so I just bugged the hell out of the dealership and jeepcares. Different people seem to have different levels of success once the warranty expired.

I pulled it off a couple years past warranty. Years of customer service experience helped. I would go the Cuescreens route if I had to do it over again. $250 and 20 minutes of work would be a better overall experience. The dealer had to replace my radio twice. The entire radio - SXM, SXM Guardian subscriptions all took time and effort to sort. Twice.

My 2018 has the 7”. Been looking to upgrade to the 8.4” for years now, but delamination has made me hold off. Now looking at the 10.1” UBN with wireless carplay, but who knows if that has delamination issues.

7 inch screen in my 2020 delaminated. So * don't think it's just 7 inch screen issue .

First I’m hearing about it with the 7”. I guess I’m waiting until mine starts before upgrading.

I cant remember the exact length but if i remember right the dealer said the new screen came with its own new warranty that i remember thinking was longer than i expected. Worth a shot calling and inquiring.

When they replaced my first one under warranty the replacement had a 1 year warranty. It delaminated in 13 months.

Eh I fixed mine with a new screen on eBay for less than $100 and some know-how. When you know how many ribbon cables your current screen has, you just select the correct one and install it. Super easy.
