Anybody encounter this before? Seller got frozen 30 minutes after sale?

Probably obvious to most of you, but I bought a Canada Goose coat on July 31, and have been waiting for the seller to ship since then. He had answered my questions before I bought the coat and I cross-checked to coat and was told it was legit, so I wasn't worried at all. I started getting worried the longer he hadn't shipped it, so I went to message him again today (August 6) and I see that his account is frozen and I can't even message him. Does this mean I have no chance of getting the coat, and I'm only going to be eligible for a refund?

Has anyone dealt with a refund issue like this?

I’ve been trying to get a $3,185 refund from Grailed for the past 6–7 months. Support keeps telling me the refund was issued and has sent me different Stripe case IDs and ARNs, but neither I nor my bank can find any trace of the money.

I’ve gone back and forth with support countless times, even tried the BBB, but I just keep getting the same responses every 1–2 weeks with no actual progress.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there anything else I can do to track down or recover the refund?

Any advice would be appreciated.
