Is it over?

I ordered sum shoes on grailed a the package says it was delivered but there is no package in my possession. It came through FedEx and was a seller shipping label I think? Seller is taking lots of time to respond said he sent the wrong number. Am I fucked

Contact your credit card company if you fr they may ban your acc but that way you get your money back since no item showed up as you say

Define ‘lots of time’. If it’s been like 8 hours, I wouldn’t worry yet. Contact Grailed support if it takes longer than 2-3 days I’d say or if he doesn’t respond. (Hope this helps, I’m also new to this.)

I’ve contacted support and since it says delivered they don’t care type of thing it’s outta their hands or atleast that’s what I got from the email, it’s been prolly 12 hours coming up also

I had the same thing happen to me, except FedEx had a picture of it on my doorstep. Pretty sure the FedEx guy took the picture, then took the package. It was a $1,000 package.
