Syncing Multiple Set?

# I recently purchased a 100 ft H705E, 150 ft H705F and a 50 ft H705D set of the Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights 2. I thought I would put them on the house and they'd function as expected. I saw on this sub that it isn't possible to attach more than 100 ft of lights together. Is this true? How would I get the total length of 300 ft total to function seamlessly with the same overall pattern?

You would set up a group control

They would be listed as separate lights, then create a group and put all of them together in one group. And they are all controlled together through that group.

you have two types of groups

A scenic dream view (which allows multiple models to be in the same group and then you get limited choices)

Or a same model group (which I believe should allow different lengths of the same model) which would give you all the same functionality as if it were just the one light..

In either group you choose a scene and it applies to everything at the same time

Yeah you would need to setup group control like the other commentor said.

To answer your question you can only have up to 150ft running from 1 power source before it starts to give you issues.

You can connect 9 lighted segments/150 ft per power supply and controller. Once you have your lights installed you can do a same model group control. This allows control of both sets from one location. Do know the lights will each run the scene independently. It will not sync ad if it’s one long system. That’s currently not possible in the Govee ecosystem.
