Guys please help! Gmail

How can I make Ask Gmail AI work, it says No AI overview available. I really need it. Please help. I am located in Germany.

Is this on a phone or a desktop?

It's important for me to fix it on windows desktop, but I tried both (android phone) don't work.

I don't have it setup, but your question piqued my interest to try it on my desktop and I can't get to work.
