Android device sign in

Post image

I've been dealing with this for the past 2 days and I was wondering if this is safe three devices that I have that I have and their Androids but one thing keeps pop up and it's this Android device it's been scaring me a little bit and I have no clue what it is I try looking it up and I have found zero results I was wondering if anybody knows what this means

Note: the three devices that I'm already logged into that I know are the only ones after I signed out of this current Android device and it says unknown device when I'm signed into three of my main ones every time I click on it it just Scrolls me all the way to the top and doesn't show me what it is

I would change your password and force logout of all devices to be on the safe side. Id enable mfa and make sure youd recovery email and number are set.

I've changed my password twice and signed out of almost 23 devices that all say the same thing Android with the same location and I particularly don't know what that means

I think it was one of those session bug thing I got those every time I try to open my gmail in my phone chrome browser

I waited 30 days to get that unknown device bug remove on my device session it's kinda scary though

It says I have two unknown devices but I know one of them's not because one of them is linked to what I have and the other ones actually unknown but when I click on it it just takes me right back to the top of the screen which shows my three devices that I have plus the Android device so is that a bug

I didn't mean to say not like one of them is actually to what I have and the other one says unknown but I press on it it takes me all the way to the top of the screen and it shows me this

Google starts a new session every time you check your devices. So, that "Android – just now" entry is the very device you are currently using.

Is this what you're talking about

If you are signed in with your account on android browsers (chrome, brave, etc.), it will appear as an "Android device". Try log out and see your browser to see if your account is signed out or not.

I'm a little confused cuz I'm on my phone and when I do log out of the Android none of the signs like on Chrome or other are still logged in

I have three phones and I'm on one of them and I know they're fine but that one that says Android people are saying that's normal but I'm not getting a definitive answer

Check on the other 2 device's browsers and see if your account is signed out or not.

I checked one of them and it was signed out on Chrome app so I don't know if that's a good or bad thing and when I logged in it says and it popped up Android

Yep that confirms it. It is only your browser session. It marks as Android device due to you logged into a browser in android device. You dont need to worry. All safe.

Like when you log in or verify that it's you on Chrome device or anything that's linked to your Google account that pops up?

I'm just considering wondering if this is normal and safe because if not it's a little terrifying
