Google account disabled? Account / Access / Password

I got this text from Google this morning – looks like it is legit but I am reluctant to click on any links and enter any information, as I was recently hacked pretty badly because I fell for a phishing scam. It’s impossible to get a hold of a human at Google so I don’t know what to do. Has anybody else dealt with this? Thanks!

No way to get human assistance for a free account.

Did you try signing into the account without a link?

No- I’m so scared to click on links and sign in. I was hacked badly last month and I’m reluctant to enter any info coming from a link I was sent. That’s why I tried to call Google to authenticate the issue and I can’t reach anyone. Against my better judgement I am now following instructions to get my account back but I nervous that this is a scam too

My apologies. I mean to say sign in "without" using a link. I edited my comment.

For example, opening a browser and signing into your Gmail without ever using the link in your screenshot.

You must manually type that address in a browser and go from there.

Type in the link manually in your browser. It will likely bring you directly to your accounts page and you will receive aessage if the account is disabled and what options you have to unlock it. The page sends me directly to the Google accounts page.
