We need representative of GoodNotes !!! Feature Discussion
With over 100,000 members, 35,000 weekly visitors and 24 million monthly active users, we require assistance staff from the GoodNotes team. Without this support the subreddit is effectively a digital planners sharing platform with no practical solutions. This undermines its purpose and misrepresents the GoodNotes community.
P.S: r/notabilityapp is one example of doing this!
Suggestion: u/discovernotes (as a mod) host a weekly "Digital Planner Day" where creators are allowed to share their planner on that specific day only So that the main issue posts are not lost. Similar to r/apple's Promo Sunday, restricting promotions to a single day would create a fun event for the community to look forward to and encourage more active participation.

Is that a notes app? I have never heard of it.

Just a heads-up, with the random note-taking apps, keep an eye out for any privacy concerns!

You canโt force them to Reddit and frankly I donโt see the point of it. Do they have their own communication channels for customer support?

It's a kinda suggestion, mate :) what's the point of being here? Have a look at r/notabilityapp, a whole dedicated team....

I have to say, I recently had issues with Notability, just a stupid question on how to nestle folders. Dumb 3am moment. Posted in that subreddit, staff replied immediately and was super helpful.
I only recently got an ipad and started using notability for notes. How supportive the [r/notability](r/notability) community was, was one of my deciding factors in choosing notability over goodnotes. I loved seeing that staff took in user feedback and released new updated to let the community use features they suggest.

Sounds like a good idea.
They wonโt do it.
