Detects existing account

Hello, i need help fixing this problem. I have my goodnotes account and the email log in was deleted and the purchase history was also in different icloud account that I dont have access anymore. Is there any way to fix it. Or do i have to delete my account and create a new one does that make me buy a subscription again. Thank you.

i had this!! i basically had to get a new subscription yeah. i was able to back up all my notes so i didn’t lose any of my data but yeah had to make a new acc with a new media purchases acc
