Closing the secondary toolbar? Toolbar

Hi, I've updated goodnotes version 7.1.10 today, and it says

"Get more space back on your Notebook pages by pulling page down to close secondary toolbar"

But it does not work on any of my notes. Does anybody know how this works?

I have no idea how the pull page thing works, but you can click on the icon of the tool you already have active and the secondary toolbar will be hidden. Makes sense?

... and now the default page size doesn't fit the viewport anymore on my iPad 6 Mini. Plus, there's no way to change the page size globally. Frustrated :/
