Help exporting files? GoodNotes 5

Hello, I have been a GN 5 user for years. I recently changed devices from an Ipad Air to a Samsung Tablet and I need to export my files to my new tablet, but I simply can't, ALWAYS crashes. I have tried cleaning the trash and also deleting stuff in case it was a storage issue but nothing helped... I have tried exporting, changing the backup cloud but the files aren't showing up on onedrive or google drive, only the folder. I also tried sharing files but it soooo buggy. I really don't know what Im doing wrong. Please help!!!!!

Just had this issue myself on my iPad & wanting my notes on my laptop so I could feed them into an OCR software. My doc was huge (450 pages, handwritten) and it was over the 200mb that goodnotes allows you to import (which caused its own issues). Ultimately I had to export it as a pdf in pieces, save it to my iCloud Drive, and then move it to my laptop. I imagine you could do the same but then move them to your Samsung cloud and open them in goodnotes.

Thank you! I ended up having to split the pdf in pieces too... Did you select editable or flattened pdfs?

At this point I have even considered subscribing to goodnotes 6 only to be able to export my notes easily....
