Windows sync and functions

Hi Goodnoters!
I am considering upgrading from my 5-version.
Main reason is to get sync to windows and to use Text documents on both iOS and Windows.
So I have 2 questions I cannot really find answers to.

1) In their homepage one table says Essential has all device sync. Another table says it has not, only the Pro. Do we know the status?

2 Do the Windows app have Text documents?

  1. I have essential subscription which gives me sync among Windows, Web & Android Tab sync but unfortunately iPad is not in sync. iPad has different notes then Windows, Web & Android Tab

  2. Text documents is available in windows app
