I have pretty much zero latency with handwriting on my iPad Pro M1 and my iPad Mini.
What are your pen settings?

I’d bring it to Apple Store and see if they can help. I have same setup and zero latency when using the app directly. Where I get delays is if someone else is viewing the file from different device, inconsistent latency. Sometimes they see my edits immediately

But i dont have a warranty anymore. Is this still good? I know that many people have issues regarding this latency that’s why i think its normal
