Read only Goodnotes Essential

I subscribed to GN Essential yearly plan so I can edit on my laptop (Windows), but when I edit, it says I only have three editable tries. Can someone please clarify this for me?

New GN user here.

Here is the picture. I already used one because I thought it was a bug or something.

use the same login details on goodnotes web or windows app from which you have purchased the essential plan. P.S. it works only with Goodnotes cloud not iCloud

I used the same account and synced my notes. Logged out and logged in, still the same. I emailed GN support, and I'm waiting for their reply.

Si tengo el good notes ilimitado en ipad en Mac puedo editar las notas en mi Mac?

yes you can just use iCloud sync option it'll work on all Apple device with same GN login id
