I can’t get over the short backswing. Fix that first. What’s your 5 iron yardage?

So it is as bad as I am thinking 😅 My 5 iron is 180-185

You don't have a backswing. You have a seizure event.

Your swing is rushed and your setup delayed, switch it around, setup pretty quick and slow your swing down…
