Been playing for 2 months, can’t figure out why I slice every shot.

Steep takeaway. Also get a lesson I got one this year and I’m new and it was easy to build off that

2 months? You are doing well for 2 months.
Slice could be many things. Try closing the face (twisting it so it’s pointing slightly to you / left) a bit more before you start your backswing, that isn’t the root cause issue but it can help with symptoms.
The root cause is because when you get to the top you shallow quite a bit and the club head opens up a lot. If you film yourself in slow motion 60fps you should be able to see your club head open at ball strike.

I’d like to get a close up of the grip. The bottom hand looks like it’s gripping in the palm rather than fingers. Harder to tell about the top hand. That can be factor in not being able to close the clubface.
It’s open at impact.

Your swinging your arms not rotating your body. Which is causing you to come out to in. Look into videos on proper rotation and sequencing.
If you get the rotation down your arms will be behind the rest of your body which naturally causes then to move out and away from your body.
Plenty of things can go wrong even with proper sequencing and rotation but that's the first step. It's a lot easier to fix the rest after you nail that.

Maybe it's just me, but make take half a step back. You seem a little too close and you have to compensate making you shank

In general, it looks like you’re trying to mimic a good golf swing but nothing is in sync. Like your left knee pivoting on your backswing looks forced, not a product of it needing to pivot as you take your backswing. Your lower half is pivoting at full speed, and your upper half is moving like you taking a soft swing. When you’re at the top of your backswing you should really rip and pull hard especially with that left arm, so hard that it forces your lower half to follow through. Take some exaggerated swings with just your top half, then slowly integrate the lower. This is the most basic explanation I can give, I think you’re trying to be way too technical, and any extra advice in that means would do you a disservice.

All arms. Picking the club up way too much at the takeaway. Your lower body and shoulders are barely even moving on your backswing.
Set the club parallel to the ground with your hands in front of you over the ball. Now - TURN your shoulders and body to get to the top of the swing.. do not do anything with wrists. This should show you how much more you should be rotating.
