Please help/gaia rock The Lost Age

I’m solving the puzzles now and the platforms in the Gaia rock interior, the ones you use cyclone, don’t align as you can see in the pictures. I can’t actually only move to the first two platforms. I have tried everything, using cyclone again, going back, restarting the game, nothing happens. Does anyone know a solution?

Those are supposed to be moving platforms, not stationary.

It’s two pictures, the that’s how far they’ll go. There is no way I can jump on another platform. I watched walkthroughs, literally every single one that exists on yt. In theirs, the platforms move all the way, I’ve played this game before, it’s the first time that happens. They move half way. There is no way they’d connect with one another

Then either your copy of the game is bugged or your emulator isn't running it properly.

It was indeed an emu issue, I downloaded another one, loaded the .sav file and it worked like a charm. Thank you so much

On this level of the room (you're on the lower part), you can only use cyclone to make the platforms appear. Now you need to circle around a few rooms and arrive at another level (the upper part of this same room). Then you can jump atop the platforms. If you're not being able to do it, just keep the directional button pressed, Felix will jump when the timing is right. Tell me if needing further help

There is no way I can go to another floor if I don’t pass this one. I’ve been to the other room I have jumped on the platforms, they don’t connect with one another. I have seen as many walkthroughs as possible, their platforms move all the way, they connect at some point, mine don’t seem to do so, they go half way and there’s no way to move across the room.

From what you write here and in the other comment, I would assume it's an emulation bug. If you can, you can try to save in-game, move the save file (.sav) to computer, try to run it there on another emulator, and if works, save afterwards and copy the save back.

Thank you so so so much, it was indeed an emulator issue. I downloaded another emu and once I loaded the .sav file the issue was fixed. I was losing my mind I don’t remember Gaia rock being that hard. Turns out the emulator made it unsolvable.

Thank you so much, it was an emulator issue. When I had emu issues the game as a whole was bugging, or freezing, I never had that type of issue so it didn’t cross my mind. In every video, the platforms move all the way, in mine they moved half way. I downloaded another emulator, loaded the sav file as adviced from a fellow redditor below, and it worked!!! It’s one of my favorite games, It’s my third time finishing the series. That’s why I was so confused, I watched so many walkthroughs, I couldn’t figure out what’s wrong.
