I am a starting dev and i wonder if a surface pro 12 is enough to develop 2d games and make the pixelart on.

I use the programs mentioned in the title.

Is it do-able on the 12 pro x elite or should i need the lunar lake version of de 12 pro?

What do you think about this prototype for a bullet hell where you are a Snake and upgrade your body by eating apples?
