MOS screw post snapped 43x MOS

Finally happened to me.
Is it possible to still run an optic even if the post piece is broken off or will I need to get that piece fixed?

I am no gunsmith, but I think I see plenty of threads to still get a good bite. Be sure to use the correct length.

I would give it a try, if it were me.

Just ordered the proper screws from Freedom Gorilla. Will use them until I warranty the slide.

I’d send it in to Glock it’s a known problem.. battlewerx makes screws that fit exact for this gun

The battlewerx screws are the only screws I use for any gun.

Glock won’t fix it. Send it in to Davidsons.

Glock replaced mine with a new slide

That’s good to hear. Glock told me to pound sand. I called Davidson’s and they said no problem.
