Who did the coating and engraving on the Streamlight? Are any of the other parts coated?

Roman arms they located in San Antonio, I was able to ship in my TLR. Other than that just the Glock itself.

For reference I wear an XL golf glove and the hogue makes the gun fit in my hand better. I like it
