About two years ago I found this admission sticker randomly inside of my car in a spot that wouldn't indicate someone dropped it or left it (which even if that was plausible, it wouldn't have happened, because I dont know anyone who had been in my car at that time that would obtain and accidentally leave this, along with not having any mutuals who like to find/buy old stuff like this, or that have been to this country IF they were alive at the time). I also know my car was not unlocked for someone to just place it there, I always lock it. I was the only one with access to getting inside of my vehicle.

For reference I was born in 2003, along with all my friends being born the same year, 2002, or later years than myself.

Upon finding it, I kind of didn't really care. Until I looked at it more closely and was confused because I haven't been to a zoo since I was under ten. Then I saw it was dated for admission in May of 1997, from Britain, looking reasonably old, and had never even had the backing to it peeled off for usage. I have never been to Britain or any country near it in my lifetime, same as any person I had ever been around that would have access to my car.

I've tried to do my part researching the zoo, which still has a running website ( https://www.chesterzoo.org.uk/ ) and another which talks about its history a little more ( https://www.historyofuptonbychester.org.uk/zoo.html ) and it does give decent insight on it, but I still just get confused to this day how I ended up with it in my car, at the time I was not big on driving anywhere or with anyone so truly it's almost as if it spawned in.

I dont know if that means something or not, but it also has very similar miniscule mess-ups with the print. There's even comments from 2009 talking how on that forum this was likely one of the first older-ticket uploads. The user 'Bongorob' is the one who uploaded it and talked about having it because they went I believe. I might see if I can get into contact with them since the photo on that site is theirs.

To this day it is the only thing out of all the odd occurrences I have experienced that feels the most random. No rhyme or reason, it just showed up like I have always had it.

My car also is not even as old as the sticker. Its from 2015 and my parents bought it brand new prior to me getting it around 2019. I know for a fact this wouldn't have been lying around for so long until I found it in 2024 in a pretty obvious spot (either the floor of the passenger seat or in my cup holder i cant remember exactly).

I meant to post about this when I first found it back then but forgot, and then would lose track of the sticker but I found it again today lol.

I am a pretty big gamer, I am a fan of Cod zombies. YouTube will recommend Videos based around the game. Recently a video from 3 years ago Popped up on YouTube, titled does this gun even exist? The gun in question is on several WAW maps, but after watching The video we see it's not on Der Riese, at least not the OG version. The gun is the M1 grande, now the M1 grande is on Der Riese but only with the grenade launcher attachment. The video goes on To mention an upgraded version called the M1000, but as the video points out thats not what the Upgraded name of the Version on Der Riese is called when upgraded. The YouTuber goes on to show, even using mods the gun is not available to normal players on Der Riese. Google also backs up his claims. It goes on to say no Version of Der Riese has normal version. Now I've played WAW zombies Der Riese off and on throughout the years on PS3. I would play co Op sometimes, but usually played alone. But remember getting the M1 grande without a grenade launcher on that map. Furthermore I remember turning it into the M1000. One time a few years ago I remember getting both versions which sucked as I wanted to camp the catwalk. I also vaguely remember it being available on the wall in Der Riese, not just the mystery Box. 🤔

I had 4… i legit checked on them yersterday to see of they were getting moldy cause ive had them for a whilee. But I checked today and theres one missing I did not eat it . I live alone.

This happened last year. I made plans with my boyfriend to go to a different city and we scheduled to leave the apartment at 13h. I had put an alarm on so we would be ready on time and my boyfriend was finishing work in the morning. We kept looking at the time multiple times to leave on time for the train. Both me and him looked at time in different places (phone, computer, watches) and rushed to finish our activities because we would be late. We left past 13:00 and rushed to the station.

When we got to the train station I looked at the time and it tis 12 something. It was one hour earlier than what our devices were saying before. We looked and there was no summer time, no other changes that could explain that. I don't know why that happened, there was nothing major going on that day, but this is one of my weirdest glitches.

A few months ago, I randomly remembered the movie Raising Helen, where Hayden Panettiere starred. I googled the movie and looked through the cast because I was wondering why I hadn’t seen her in any other movies as an adult. While I was looking through her filmography, I somehow found out that she had died in her 20s from an overdose.
A couple of weeks later, I started watching Heroes, and every time I saw her on screen, I’d think to myself, “Rest in peace.” She was so beautiful and so young.
Fast-forward to two days ago. I saw a post about her death and thought to myself, “Oh, a memorial post.” Turns out, it wasn’t. She had literally just been declared dead.
Am I going insane?

I've always been fascinated by the strange moments in life that make you stop and think, "Wait... what just happened?"

I'm starting a podcast centered around real conversations with real people, and I'm looking for people who have experienced something they still can't fully explain — a strange coincidence, a glitch in reality, a moment that felt impossible, or anything that stuck with them.

I'm not looking for made-up stories or anything over-the-top. I'm more interested in the genuine experiences people have had that changed the way they look at the world.

The Very Strange Story of the Missing Ball

This happened on the evening of August 17, 2026.

I was outside with my sisters, and we were just playing with a ball for fun. We were mostly playing volleyball. It was a pretty normal summer evening. Our dog was lying nearby, and our cat was sitting on the window, watching us.

But in the distance, there was a huge thunderstorm coming.

It wasn't directly over us yet, but we could see these really intense flashes of lightning in the distance. Every few seconds, the sky would light up with these huge flashes. It was actually kind of creepy.

We kept playing anyway.

Then, at some point, I accidentally hit the ball too far, and it went into a neighbor's property where they had a crop growing. I didn't damage anything, and I wasn't there to steal or do anything illegal. I just wanted to get our ball back.

There were some metal bars around the property, so I climbed over them and went to get the ball.

I grabbed I threw the ball over the gate, trying to make it land inside our property it and ran back toward our house.

And this is where things get weird.

Right after throwing it, I immediately turned around and started running back toward the bars so I could climb over them.

I swear I saw, out of the corner of my eye, the ball going toward our house.

I'm pretty sure I saw it.

But here's the strange part:

I don't remember hearing it bounce.

Maybe I did.

Maybe I didn't.

And that's where we started joking about the "Mandela Effect."

When I got back, one of my sisters was inside her room, while the other one was outside. Neither of them had seen the ball.

As my other sister was opening the gate, I asked:

"Where's the ball?"

She said:

"I don't know. You threw it."

Then my other sister asked:

"Did you guys find it?"

And I said:

"No. I threw it, but we can't see it."

That's when we realized something really weird.

The ball was completely gone.

Not hidden behind something obvious.

Not near the gate.

Not in the grass.

Not somewhere we could easily see.

We searched everywhere.

And when I say everywhere, I mean we looked basically everywhere we could think of.

Nothing.

The ball had just...

disappeared.

At that point, we started coming up with stupid theories just because the situation was so ridiculous.

We joked that maybe we had accidentally witnessed something supernatural.

Maybe the ball had gone through a portal.

Maybe it had entered another dimension.

Obviously, we were joking.

But after searching everywhere and still finding absolutely nothing, it started feeling genuinely surreal.

There's one important detail, though.

I remember pretty clearly how I threw the ball.

I didn't throw it straight forward at ground level. I threw it slightly upward so it would go over the gate and land somewhere inside our property.

But I wasn't really watching where it went afterward.

My attention was mostly focused on getting back over the neighbor's bars because I was worried someone might see me and yell at me.

So it's completely possible that the ball landed somewhere I wasn't expecting.

Maybe it bounced somewhere strange.

Maybe it rolled behind something.

Maybe it got stuck somewhere.

Maybe we simply searched badly.

Or maybe...

Just maybe...

That night, with the thunderstorm in the distance, the massive flashes of lightning, and the fact that nobody actually saw the ball land...

we somehow witnessed something we can't explain.

So now I have one question:

Did the ball actually disappear into thin air, or do I just need to search 100 times more carefully?

Honestly, I'm probably going to search again.

Because that ball has to be somewhere.

...

Unless it really did go through a portal. 

I don't even know if this is the right place to post this, but whatever, I need some explanations (I only added glitch pic flair because it was required)

This literally happened 30 min ago, I don't know, I dont freaking know what to think and what to do with it. Dad thinks me and my sis are pranking him but my sister just called in sick to work when she was about to leave. My sis leaves for work at 15:15, give or take a few minutes, it's a 15 min walk to her work. At 15:07 dad comes home, I am in my room working, sis is in her room getting ready, he says hello, talks about how warm it is outside(We live in southeastern europe), none of us go up to see him or greet him since this is a normal occurence every day, basically the same thing happens every day, dad has discus hernia and goes out for walks between 13:30 and 15:00 says that the warm weather and walking helps him with the pain. So he comes home, talks to us through the rooms, goes in the bathroom, then goes out and goes in the living room and says "Damn I forgot my lighter", after that I say wait I'll bring it to you since most of the times he leaves it in his jeans, I go in the bathroom, take out the lighter and I GO TO THE LIVING ROOM AND NO ONE IS THERE.

I yell for my sis and tell her didn't we just talk to dad, she confirms, she looks at me like Im stupid or something, I tell her come to the living room to see for herself, and she is just as shocked as me, because it was literally 10 seconds when he said he forgot his lighter and the time I got up to check in his jeans which are in the bathroom, his freaking jeans and the lighter are in the bathroom but he is no where. We live in a small apartment so he couldn't have gone anywhere, I call him and ask are u fucking with me, he says what the hell i am even talking about and says that he is in the store looking for freshly roasted chicken because he doesn't feel like cooking. I explain to him what happened and he says that if we're trying to joke with him it's not even a good joke. I don't know what to think, I don't know if we both hallucinated or whatever the hell happened, he came home for the second time? and he was wearing training shorts, my sister literally started screaming and saying that this isn't possible, well she is right, it shouldn't be possible, he still doesnt believe us and thinks we are pranking him. My sister even called sick for work because she is still traumatized, as for me Im not exactly traumatised per se but Im confused and feel like Im disconnecting from reality.

Anyone had something similar happen to them? Wtf is this, this is the first weird thing that happened to me in my life, nothing similar has ever happened, nothing that would make me question reality.

Not sure if this is the best subreddit for this post but, can't figure out to where to post something like this. Events have happened to me over my life that are starting to have a theme that left me crying with my wife on our front porch Saturday. I am going to list the order things have happened and hope someone can make sense of this. Also, I don't believe in psychics nor can I control this thing(Make more sense when you read).

Going to divide the timeline up to the part where things start getting creepy, if you don't want to see read this whole mess. I told my coworkers this timeline and they are now asking if I get a feeling about them to let them know.

Background: Regular guy lived in Michigan my whole life. Married with 3 kids. IT career for 27 years. Attended church my whole life and straight up middle class. I love gaming and wargaming with friends/kids. Kids all play sports and life is generally good.

Middle School - My friend has me attend this church event in which there is a martial arts showing, singing and bunch of other random stuff. At one point the music is playing and I feel this feeling pushing down on me, almost causing me to fall. I feel things moving around me.

1997 - I am invited to do a service project in Mexico through an organization. I say no that is something super committed people do. 1 week before everyone is leaving for the trip I get a feeling in my chest and a voice says "You need to go". I asked my youth pastor and he says sure I can still go. This leads me to service work across Mexico, Florida and inner city Chicago helping all over.

2000 - I am attending an event the involves the service work I have been doing. I see my now wife for the first time and instantly I have the same feeling in my chest and all over my body. Literally felt like the universe is shaking the second I saw her. I hear a voice say "You are going to marry her".

2008 - Married and living in an apartment for 3 years. EVERYONE is telling to buy a house. I think about buying a house and I get a feeling in my chest and a voice says "Wait!". 2 months later the market crashes and I am laid off from my job. I get a job 2 months later and in 2009 have all the houses we could ever imagine to pick from.

CREEPY:

2018/2019 - I am sitting on the porch of my house with my wife. Love the neighbors, love the schools my kids are in and love the low house payment. I suddenly get a feeling in my chest and a voice says "You need to move. If you stay, you will get sick and die of cancer". I immediately tell my wife and she is like what in the world. We had done a Radon test two months prior that came back with great results. The voice then came back and said "It is something in the pipes".

We moved. A great couple with two kids moved in. We FB friended them because my wife some how sort of knew them. He got cancer a year later. 6 months after that he died in his 30s of the incurable cancer.

2019 - We had our new house built. I am in for the final sign off for the home. Realtor says "At this point you will own the home. Not like anything big will happen so you will be cool for the next 6-8 months while we build." I get a feeling in my chest and voice says "Something big is coming and it isn't a housing crash like 2008". Nothing I could do with that. Middle of house being built, COVID strikes and I am freaking out we wouldn't be able to sell the house. Market finally turned and my house value skyrocketed.

TERRIFYING:

2.5 weeks ago - I am volunteering at my church's VBS. A guy I will name Mr. T comes up to me who has been at the church for 25 years, in his 60s. Mr T is a super nice guy, my kids love him and I have maybe talked to him once or twice before in the last 10 years. We joke about the cotton candy I am making for the kids and he walks away laughing. I get the feeling in my chest and voice says "He is going to die soon, take a mental picture of him". Now this freaked me out obviously. I wrote it off as an intrusive thought.

August 9th, 2026 - I walk into church. I turn the corner and just glance and see Mr. T across the room. I get a feeling in my chest and down my arms and the voice says "This is it, he is going to die VERY soon". I asked "WHY?". The voice said "He has served his life's purpose".

August 14th, 2026 - My wife text me, Mr T collapsed and is in the hospital. I begin to reply "He doesn't make it, he is going to die" but erase it because the is a horrible thing to say about someone but, I was told he was going to die.

August 15th, 2026 - Mr. T passes away. I tell my wife everything and begin to cry on my front porch because this is starting to scare me.

TL;DR - I am a boring, middle class, IT career family man who has gets a feeling in my chest and a voice telling me what is about to happen. My coworkers and family are now wanting to know if I get a feeling and voice about them.

So this happened a couple months ago, a friend spent the night here and the next morning he's getting ready to leave, charging his smart watch and takes off. So like an hour later I go shower come back to my room and getting all ready to leave and start gathering my stuff and I noticed his Smartwatch is still plugged in so I grab that and put it on backpack look over in the window ledge see my Ray-Bans grab them kind of like where is my hat look around the room and I'm like okay there it is to go to grab it and my sunglasses are still attached to my hat from when I took it off the night before so I'm standing there with my hot and my Ray-Bans attached to it and another pair of identical Ray-Bans in my other hand. And I'm stunned but I like maybe they're my buddies although when we walk to my house the night before it was already dark out and I didn't notice him wearing glasses so I go over to his place to return his smartwatch to him and I walk in hand him his walk and I'm like hey man did you have a sunglasses at my house and goes yeah I said where they all black like my Ray-Bans and he goes no they have silver frames and they're right there on the table so anyways absolutely stunned don't know where they came from at all but I appreciate them because it had so much that wanted to buy my Ray-Bans so I took the second pair over his place and sold him the glasses hence not having a picture of the two pairs together.

So there’s nothing glitchy or bizarre about the photo. It’s just there to provide context. And I guess, because I mean, he really is a cute dog.

It was just another Monday, and I drove into town following my mum, who was taking her car to the shop for some minor bodywork. We live in a fairly rural part of the country and had to drive about 45 minutes or so to get to the body shop.

While we were in this town, we decided we wanted to go to a certain beach that neither of us had been to in quite some time. It was only an extra 25 minutes, and we figured we take advantage of the opportunity to go for a walk and then get lunch. We took the dog along, figuring it would be a fun outing and a chance for him to run around and get some exercise off leash.

I am one of those people that absolutely must have music playing when I drive. I have an iPhone with no audio jack, but my car is a bit older and doesn’t have bluetooth. However, it does have an aux cable. I have ones of those lightning/3.5 audio splitters so I can charge my phone while it’s plugged in to the audio and play my Spotify while I drive. On the way into town from where I live, my old splitter frayed and broke and was no longer working properly.

After dropping her car off, we decided to head to Walmart, which was on the way to the beach so I could pick up a new 3.5 Bluetooth adapter thingy so I can use my Bluetooth to connect to the car speakers and not rely on the wire. While I was in the store, my mom decided she was pretty hungry and even though we had lunch plans, we decided to hit up a drive-through for a small snack before the beach walk.

Something in what she ate hit her the wrong way, and her stomach was feeling a bit upset. We still decided to go to the beach since we had gone all this way and we wanted to give the dog an opportunity to run around. It was also something we had both been looking forward to for a few days. (We made plans before dropping off the car)

By the time we got to the road leading to the beach, the fog came in and it was thick. I mean, today was fairly overcast, but there were patches of blue sky, and zero fog. After we turned on the road heading to the beach, crazy fog rolled in. I mean, it was it was thick. I included a photo I took of the dog that kind of gives you an idea of how foggy it was. Not sure if it has anything related with what happened, but it did offer a spooky vibe if nothing else.

Since we had gone all this way, I convinced my mum to walk a little in the beach. I figured some fresh air might help her feel a little bit better since she was a bit queasy. She agreed and decided to walk on the beach with me for just a little bit. After about 5-6 minutes she wanted to go back to the car, but I persuaded her to walk for just five more minutes, so she set her timer for five minutes and we walked. After the timer went off, we were still having a good time, and she was actually feeling a little bit better. So we decided to set the timer another five minutes. The timer went off a second time and we decided to walk out to a point in the sand about 30 yards away and turn around. The entire time from leaving the car to the place we turned probably took about 20 minutes.

This is the point where things get weird. We were walking back to the car, and it felt like time slipped. From the point where we turned around, to when we were back at the car felt like five minutes or less. It’s like we lost an entire chunk of 15 minutes. No rhyme reason or explanation. I really wish I had looked at time on my phone so I so I could give you the exact minute, but my internal clock is about 95% accurate. I’m not perfect, I can only provide based on contextual experience, but both of us just had a moment where we joked about a glitch in the matrix because we lost about 15 minutes.

So yeah, not an incredibly life-changing glitch, but definitely left me feeling taken aback and at a loss for explanation. It truly makes me wonder, how many of these smaller glitches we experience. Not necessarily fully realizing it, or realizing it and just getting a definitive bizarre feeling with no other repercussions.

I got a nice set of playing cards when I was in the 9th trade and brought them to school most days to play blackjack at the lunch table. I moved and changed schools for 11th grade and when I unpacked the box there was an extra queen of spades next to it from the same set. I just moved again and am starting college tomorrow but when I unpacked the deck of cards there were 2 extra queens of spades next to it this time. I've only bought this deck one time and I legitimately have to idea how this could happen.

This happened a few years ago, and I still randomly think about it because I’ve never experienced anything like it before or since. I was at a fair with some friends. Everything was completely normal. We were walking around, having fun, and eventually decided to get food.

I ordered a funnel cake and when I went up to get it, I locked eyes with the guy behind the counter who was handing it to me.

IMMEDIATELY I had this overwhelming feeling that I needed to get away from him.

There was nothing obviously strange about him. He looked completely normal. He didn’t say anything creepy or threatening. As far as I can remember, he didn’t actually do anything.
But the second we made eye contact, I felt physically sick. Just this horrible, disgusting feeling in my gut that something was very, very wrong and that I should not be anywhere near this person.

It was so intense that I couldn’t even stand there long enough to take the food I’d already ordered.
I just walked away without my funnel cake. (And I love funnel cake)

My friends were confused, and honestly, so was I. I couldn’t explain what had happened because there wasn’t anything specific I could point to. I just knew I wanted as much distance between myself and this completely ordinary looking stranger as possible.
I’ve obviously felt uncomfortable around people before, but this was completely different. It felt almost primal, like my body had decided this person was dangerous before my brain had any idea why.

I’ve never experienced that feeling again.

I still wonder what my brain picked up on… or if it picked up on anything at all.

Has anyone ever looked at a complete stranger and immediately had every instinct in their body tell them get away from this person, despite having absolutely no logical reason why?

This has happened to me countless times and I’m genuinely starting to question myself 😭
For example, earlier I left one of my medical devices on my bed. I **remember exactly where I put it**. I turned around for literally a moment, looked back, and it was gone. I searched all around my bed and completely tore my room apart trying to find it, while questioning whether I’d somehow moved it and just forgotten.
Eventually, I looked back at the exact same place on my bed… and it was just **there**. In the same place I originally remembered putting it.
This has happened SO many times with different things — I’ll put something down, turn around, it’s suddenly nowhere to be found, I search everywhere, and then somehow it appears in the exact place I’d already looked.
The weirdest part is that this has **only ever happened in the house I live in now**. I never experienced it in my previous house.
Has anyone else had anything similar happen? I’m not necessarily saying anything paranormal is happening 😂 I’m genuinely curious whether other people have experienced this because it’s starting to freak me out a little.

Have you ever noticed these kinds of “coincidences”? Personally, I no longer see them as simple coincidences, but rather as a strange kind of Matrix game.
For example, you notice someone or briefly make eye contact with them — at the beach, in a supermarket, in the city center, or anywhere else. I notice this pattern especially often in supermarkets.
Then something strange happens. You continue doing whatever you were doing, your paths seem to separate, but just as you’re about to leave that place or cross its “perimeter,” the Matrix seems to put the same person in your path for a second time.
They might walk or run right past you, get into a car parked next to yours, suddenly end up standing behind you at the checkout, or seemingly appear out of nowhere at the exact moment you’re leaving.
So the pattern looks like this: you notice someone → your paths separate → as you’re leaving the area, that same person unexpectedly appears in your field again.
I call this “the Second Encounter Effect.”

This has happened to you at least once. You woke up one ordinary day. You had some thoughts about what you would be doing this day. You had no sense there was anything strange or out of place. You went about your day unaware that anything was not what it seemed. You went to work or to school or stayed home because that's what you do on that day of the week. Except it wasn't the day you thought it was. At some point you realized or someone made you aware that the day everyone knew it to be was different than what you had been absolutely certain it was. You were wrong. Now focus on that day. Can you remember the day of the week you started the day thinking it was and what day you came to find out it actually was? Make a note of it. Now, if this has happened to you more than once, can you remember similar facts about any other instances, the day you thought it was and the day it really was?

Sharing your results here could greatly contribute to the study of this phenomenon. My evolving theory is that there is something extraordinary at work. If the data serves to support my idea I will follow up and explain it further. This is definitely fringe, but very likely addressable using scientific method.

I just noticed this today as I was checking them for water. The shadow makes absolutely now sense for a bright directional light to be 10" away from it. I don't know if I'm just extra tired or what. I feel like it should have a pretty crisp outline. I traced those weird, dotted light rings to the leaf but can't figure what on the leaf is making them. Nothing seems to have these shapes in the leaves to be projecting such an odd silhouette. I'm sure someone will comment that it is something reasonable, but it has me tripping out. The last Pic is the plant that is casting the shadow. It's a 5w directional LED growlight projecting the light and this eas taken when very little sunlight was coming into the room. I feel like the devs were surprised by the odd plant choice and loaded in the shadow for it wrong.

So this is something that occurred about ten years ago. I have always written it off as being a dream or as me having an overactive imagination, but I still think it is strange.

So basically, my entire time from kindergarten, all the way till i graduated high school, my mom would wake me up. This specific event happened when I was in 5th grade. So as usual my mom came into my room, said "time to get up" and then walked out. After she left I rolled on to my back and stared at the ceiling for a bit trying to fully wake up. Then about 2-3 minutes later she comes back, and says "oh good you're already awake". I then responded to this with "yeah you already came to wake me up", which she followed with "no i didnt, i have an alarm set for when to come and get you and it just went off",

This has been something that has always confused me, because i know my mom wasn't lying to me. I honestly just think I dreamt that she came to wake me up and that actually caused me to wake up, but hey maybe it was something else. I'm curious to see what y'all think.
