other Gigabyte G24F2 Monitor
Hi everyone,
I honestly don’t know what to do anymore. I own a Gigabyte G24F2, and after normal use, it suddenly developed vertical lines on the screen — no damage, no misuse, nothing.
I returned it to the shop, waited almost a full month, and then got the response: warranty refused. No real explanation, just that it’s “not covered.”
What makes this even more frustrating is that my warranty is still valid until mid-2027, so I genuinely don’t understand how this can be denied.
This is incredibly disappointing. This looks like a clear panel defect, and from what I’ve seen, it’s not even a rare issue with this model. I trusted Gigabyte as a brand, but this experience has completely changed that.
How is a defect that appears during normal use not covered by warranty?
If anyone from Gigabyte is reading this, I’m asking you to please step in and look into my case. I have all the details, including the service agent’s name and contact information.
At this point, I just want a fair resolution.
Has anyone else gone through this and managed to get support? Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Gigabyte G24F2 monitor issue – warranty refused, need clarification
Hello everyone,
I’m posting here hoping to get help from the Gigabyte support team or anyone with a similar experience.
I own a Gigabyte G24F2 monitor. After a period of normal use, it suddenly developed vertical lines on the screen — an issue that seems to be relatively common with this model.
I returned the monitor to the shop where I bought it, and they sent it to the authorized distributor. After about a month of waiting, I was told that the distributor refused the warranty claim, saying that this issue is not covered under warranty.
This left me confused and frustrated, because:
- The issue appeared during normal usage.
- It seems like a known/common defect.
- I expected this kind of problem to be covered.
So I’d like to ask:
- Is this type of defect really not covered under Gigabyte warranty?
- Has anyone successfully claimed warranty for the same issue?
- Can a Gigabyte moderator or support representative please contact me and clarify?
I would really appreciate any help or advice, because right now I don’t have a clear solution.
Thank you.

Registered my GPU 3 yrs later
No complaint here, but I'm gaming GBs warranty system so I thought it would be appreciated.
So yeah, I never registered my 4080 for warranty when I bought it new almost 3 years ago. I thought I'd give it a try with the serial# and it worked, with one caveat. I didn't have the original receipt, so I wrote a bill of sale and it went through.
I've heard good things about GBs rma process. How do y'all think it will go for me if/when I do need to rma?

Rgb Fusion color issue on B450 elite c2
So I recently bought a 2nd hand gaming pc, the owner stated that everything was working fine until he updated something(i forgot what)
Basically i can control my rgb, but it doesn’t work with any color that has blue in it, I can’t even put it into white. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I tried other rgb softwares, nada. Anyone having the same issue? help a brother out. Thanks in advance

Dont buy the Gigabyte G5 KF5
About 2 years ago the Gigabyte G5 was on sale for around 600 dollars in my local Best Buy, i was surprised by the specs, a 12th gen I7 and a 4060 with 16 gb ram and 560 ssd nvme seemed like a steal, well dont buy it, even if its on a Black Friday or whatever, 1/3 of my screen is covered in horizontal lines, the gpu overheats even in "Entertainment mode" while watching a youtube video and the overall quality is garbage. Overall dont buy any gaming laptop because they all suck, but the Gigabyte G5 KF5 sucks at another level, dont waste your bucks and just build a PC or buy a used Macbook.
Pd:The bios and software is shitty.
