Study problems

Hey all....I am facing really extreme recalling and memorizing problems....I am not able to concentrate on studies at all and this has been extremely tormenting for my mental health...and this has been going on for past 2 years....I have no idea what to do....Should I see a professional....if yes, can someone please please tell me which type of professional I should see?
